基于继电反馈的自整定PDF控制算法的研究

【摘要】 PDF(伪微分反馈)控制策略是一种响应速度快、无超调、模型鲁棒性强和抗干扰性能好的高性能控制方法,具有广阔的应用前景。 本文在大量参考了国内外关于PID参数整定的方法以及自整定PDF控制的研究后,结合继电反馈整定方法、量纲分析和特征根结构理论,并在此基础上进行了大量的数值仿真工作,从而得出了适用于基于继电反馈的自整定PDF控制的参数设计公式和用来辨识被控对象阶次的比值分析法。基于继电反馈的自整定PDF控制方法所需的试验是在闭环条件下完成的,所以它对扰动不灵敏。对于更复杂自整定控制器,继电反馈方法可以作为一种理想并且适用的预整定器,在系统运行的初始阶段调节系统参数。大量的数值仿真试验表明,该自整定PDF控制方法具有良好的控制效果和在线调节性能,具有设计公式简单、相对计算量小的特点,能够应用于快速变化的过程和机械设备中。本文通过基于继电反馈的自整定PDF控制和基于Phelan法的PDF控制及基于继电反馈的自整定PID控制的比较研究,表明所提出的控制方法具有良好的控制效果。此外,还在研究工作中开发了基于MATLAB/Simulink的PDF控制工具箱,实现了PDF控制器的模块化、集成化以及更好的易用性,便于用户使用。
【Abstract】 For its characters of high robustness, high disturbance rejection, no overshoot and fast response, the PDF (Pseudo Derivative Feedback) control algorithm has wide prospect in practical application.By means of relay feedback, the dimensional analysis and root configurations, a new auto-tuning control algorithm called auto-tuning PDF control based on relay feedback is presented in this thesis on base of auto-tuning PID control and PDF control with fixed preset coefficients. This algorithm combines relay feedback, the dimensional analysis and root configurations. The formulas for control coefficients online tuning and the criterion ratio for identification of plant order are introduced. This auto-tuning operates in the closed loop manner, so it is not sensitive to any disturbance. The recommended algorithm can also be employed as some kind of pre-tuning controller for high performance control system at the starting point in their complicated auto-tuning process. Online tuning and relatively light calculation burden due to directly coefficient setting by formula extend this scheme to be used for fast-running process and mechanical equipment, numerical simulation over a wide range of system parameter variation shows that the recommended scheme is superior to both traditional PDF designed by Phelan’s approach and relay feedback auto-tuning PID in terms of performance behavior. In addition, a PDF control toolbox on MATLAB/Simulink platform has been developed in this work, providing users a modularized and integrated design.
