长荆线钟祥汉江特大桥施工组织设计及网络计划应用研究

【摘要】 本文首先对钟祥汉江特大桥的施工组织进行了较全面的设计和系统的阐述。进行了该工程的总体施工方案设计,重点介绍主桥58#墩基础钢—混凝土围堰、60#墩基础钢套箱围堰、主桥悬臂浇灌施工的方法与方案。对深水基础围堰施工及挂篮悬臂浇灌施工中的技术难点、施工方法及工艺等进行了详细的分析。 其次,结合汉江桥施工组织设计中的一些工序实例,系统地介绍和讨论了双代号网络计划的应用情况、存在的问题以及解决的途径。结合悬灌梁段施工中的部分网络图总结了网络图中逻辑关系的画法技技巧,结合桩基成桩过程进行了网络图时间参数计算与分析,总结了调整网络图控制工期的分析方法。 第三,结合汉江桥施工组织设计,进行了与该项目有关的资源、进度及费用优化分析。通过对工程人力资源的优化分析,总结了资源优化的均方差最小目标的分析方法,采用压缩关键工作持续时间的方法研究了汉江桥58#墩桩基及墩身工期优化问题,采用了在工期与费用关系基础上压缩关键工作持续时间的方法,详细分析了汉江桥36#墩钢筋混凝土基础施工中的工程费用优化问题。 论文的最后,作者结合汉江桥施工组织设计中对相关计算机软件的应用经验,对目前计算机在网络计划中的应用情况、问题及进一步发展的设想进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, the construction management is sysmetrically designed and decribed. There emphasize the steel cofferdam methods in the base of pier 58# and 60#, as well as the cantalever pour method for the main beam. The key techniques and methods of cofferdam and nacelle are analysesed.The application and problems for CPM net-plan technique are introduced and discussed together with some samples in Hanjiang Bridge construction. The skill for the net-plan chart about logic relationship is given during the analyzing of net-plan chart of cantalever pouring beam. The method for the computation of time parameters and the time limit for a project are summarized taking the construction of peg base as an example.The optimization analyses are done on the resources, schedule and expenses about Hanjiang Bridge contruction. The resource optimization method, in which the fluctuation for resources be made minimum, is analysed through an example of labor consume. The time limit and expense optimization methods are given with the example for the build of the base of pier 58# and 36#. In this method, the time in some key lines or key works are condesed, of course, with some acceptable increase in expense.At the last of this thesis, some discusses are presented about the existing computer programs for net-plan fo engineering construction in the light of the application in Hanjiang Bridge.
