双轴柔性数控滚弯过程的仿真研究

【摘要】 双轴柔性滚弯技术是一种先进的制造技术,相对于传统多轴滚弯,直边问题得到极大缓和,对于比强度高的材料具有很好的成形精度。为了推动柔性滚弯技术的进一步发展及其数控化技术的应用,本文开展了双轴柔性数控滚弯加工过程的仿真研究并开发了应用软件。 本文对双轴柔性滚弯技术原理进行了分析,对工件的回弹现象及其回弹规律进行了比较深入的研究,得出工件的回弹公式;并在赫兹对称接触模型的基础上,分析了弹性轴弹性模量对工件回弹后曲率半径的影响,为双轴柔性滚弯加工过程仿真奠定了理论基础。 本文通过对柔性滚弯自动控制模型的分析,建立了双轴柔性滚弯的仿真数学模型,以Windows为开发平台,Visual C++为开发工具,采用OpenGL技术,开发了双轴柔性数控滚弯过程仿真软件。该软件提供了图形和数字仿真,动态仿真整个加工过程,实现对数控程序代码的有效验证。 所开发的仿真软件不仅适用于圆截面管柔性滚弯过程的仿真,而且适用于异形截面管柔性滚弯过程的仿真。仿真软件运用模块化的编程思想和面向对象的软件开发工具,为软件的进一步扩展提供了空间。
【Abstract】 Two-Axle Bending Technique with Elastic Roller(TABTER) is a kind of advanced manufacturing method. In comparison with traditional Multi-Axle Bending, TABTER mitigates the straight-edge problem and can obtain a finer forming accuracy especially for the difficult-to-work metal materials with high specific strength. In order to futher develop TABTER and apply NC to it,the bending process of TABTER has been simulated in this thesis.The principle of TABTER has been analyzed firstly and the formula of bending springback has been obtained from deep research on bending springback phenomenon and rule of workpiece. On the basis of Hertz symmetric contact model, the effect of elastic module to springback curvature has been analyzed .These provide a theoretical basis for TABTER simulation.Mathematical model for the simulation has been built up according to analyzing autocontrol model of TABTER . A simulation software using Visual C++ and OpenGL technology on Windows has been developed . The software provides users visual and digital information, and simulates the bending process dynamically to validate the NC program .Based on the thinking of modularization, the software applys object-oriented developing tools, so it leaves space for further expansion and modification to enhance its functions.
