基于DSP及CPLD全数字控制技术的大口径管道双焊枪全位置自动焊机研究

【摘要】 管道运输与航空运输、公路运输、铁路运输、水路运输并称五大运输业,是我国政府重点发展的目标之一。管道运输业的主体是管道,管道地面工程的核心工作是管口的焊接,因此研究高效率、性能可靠的管道全位置自动焊接设备就具有十分重要的意义。 本论文利用机电一体化的设计思想开发研制出一种适用于大口径管道自动焊接技术的管道全位置双焊枪自动焊机。该机的主控部分使用了DSP高速度数字信号处理芯片TMS320F240,并在电机测速反馈、手持遥控盒、电压控制系统等多处利用了复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD),从而完成对包括行走、送丝、摆动等多个电机的伺服控制,有效地解决了整机控制系统快速性与使用可靠性之间的矛盾。 另外,焊接工艺和焊接规范也是本论文研究的一个方面。针对不同的管径,不同的壁厚给出了一系列典型的焊接规范,通过DSP处理器的拟合,从而实现焊接过程中工艺参数的连续变化。

【Abstract】 Transport industry includes Pipeline, Aviation, Railway, Road and Water-transport. Pipeline transport is one of the goals which is being emphatically developed by our government. Pipeline is a main part of pipeline transport. Pipe connection by welding is the key work in pipeline construction. So it is clear that research on the technology of pipeline all-position automatic weld is of great significance.This paper is to design and make a kind of double welds system which is been used in pipeline construction through of mechatronics technical. The design method which is based on DSP(TMS320F240) and CPLD technical makes the whole system of automatic welder to have not only functions of mechanical motion and welding, but also functions of information-examining, handling, adjusting and controlling. By using built-in hardware and software, The automatic welder has achieved flexible automation.Welding technique is also one of the topics discussed in this paper. The proper values of welding parameters are determined by welding tests. The determined welding parameters are input into the computer of automatic welder and the computer will finish curve fitting automatically. With the fitting curves, the automatic welder, when in course of welding, can continuously change welding parameters based on the current welding position.
