桑天牛成虫取食习性与几个树种抗性的分析

【摘要】 本文以毛白杨、构树、旱柳和W-46杨的1—2年生嫩枝为试验材料,分别进行了桑天牛成虫室内饲养和各树种树皮内含物含量对桑天牛成虫取食和产卵的影响。结果表明:不论是单独饲养还是混合饲养,都是桑天牛成虫取食构树树皮面积最大,而对毛白杨等其它三个树种不取食或者很少取食,构树对桑天牛成虫抗性最差,其它三个树种中,以毛白杨抗性最强,说明了桑天牛成虫以构树为寄主进行营养互补,在杨树周围清除构树等桑科植物可有效减少桑天牛对杨树的危害,在生产实践中有一定的指导意义;内含物测定结果表明,嫩枝树皮内总糖、还原糖和蛋白质含量对桑天牛成虫取食没有明显影响。嫩枝树皮内可溶性糖含量高时,桑天牛成虫喜欢取食,寿命长,雌虫产卵多,树种表现为感虫;含量低时,桑天牛成虫不取食或很少取食,寿命短,雌虫不产卵或产卵少,树种表现为抗虫。氨基酸含量尤其必需氨基酸含量高时,桑天牛成虫喜欢取食,寿命长,雌虫产卵多,树木抗虫性差,反之亦然。单宁含量对桑天牛成虫取食有重要的影响,单宁含量低的树种容易成为桑天牛取食对象,单宁含量高时,桑天牛不取食或很少取食。嫩枝树皮中总酚含量低时,桑天牛成虫喜欢取食,总酚含量高时,桑天牛不取食或者很少取食,为桑天牛的防治和选育优良抗虫树种提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Taken the one-to-two-year shoots of four species as the trial material, the experiment was conducted on the indoor rearing of Apriona germari adults and the analysis of the influence of various species inclusions on the capacity of eating and amount of oviposition of Apriona germari adults. The results showed that the adults ate more shoot barks of Broussonetia papyrifera than those of other species both in sole rearing and various rearing, which proved that Apriona germari took Broussonetia papyrifera as its replenishing nutrition tree, and that eliminating Mulberry family trees like Broussonetia papyrifera was an effective way to lessen the insect pests of Populus tomentosa. The analysis of inclusions showed that the reducing sugar, total sugar, protein, and total phenol had no direct relation to the feeding of Apriona germari adults. While the soluble sugar of the bark was higher, the adults liked eating the bark, living longer, and the female adults laid more ova, on the contrary, the adults didn’t eat or seldom ate the bark, accordingly, the adults lived shorter, and the female adults laid few ova. It was the same as the content of amino acid, tannin and total phenol in the bark, especially that of the indispensable amino acid. The results offered some theoretical basis for selecting resistant, good species.
