贵州电力综合业务网技术体制及网络架构研究

【摘要】 随着电力生产和技术的发展,贵州电力的信息化、网络化已有了长足的发展,先后建立起基于各种应用的业务信息网络,如办公自动化(OA)信息系统、财务管理信息系统、电力销售计算机管理系统(简称用电MIS)、电能量管理EMS(含SCADA等)等系统。论文首先详细分析了目前的国内和贵州电力系统通信网络概况,说明现有网络系统不仅规模小,性能比较差,能提供的业务少,不能满足贵州电力系统通信的实际需要。而随着信息化的发展,电力系统的通信网还要为公众提供服务,满足为公众提供各种服务的需要。为了适应电力企业信息化的要求,同时兼顾今后电力通信市场化的需求,建设一个具有高速、宽带、可靠及高QOS保证的多业务的广域网络已势在必行,它将成为电力企业信息化的基础——电力信息的“高速公路”。在此基础上,论文展望了电力系统通信网络未来的发展趋势,具体分析了现有的电力网络的应用状况和对未来可能出现的新业务进行了分析和预测,并给出了贵州电力通信网的具体性能要求。 为了保证网络能适应未来的需求,论文深入地分析了目前的网络技术状况,对目前流行的IP和ATM这两大网络技术进行了分析和对比,这两种技术虽然都有许多优点,而且已被广泛使用,同时也证明取得了良好的效果。IP技术目前应用最普遍,但它不能保证实时信号的质量,安全性也很差,但它是Internet的技术基础,不可能不用,但对于电力系统通信网来说,它又不能满足需要。事实上,任一种技术单独使用效果都不理想。论文在此基础上研究了目前新的网络技术,讨论了IP Over ATM、MPOA、IP交换、MPLS等,着重研究IP技术和ATM技术的结合,最终选定MPLS+ATM作为该网络的技术基础。然后,结合贵州电力通信网的需求,对网络的设计原则进行了比较详细的讨论,探讨了网络的分层结构,网络核心节点的设置、网络骨干节点的设置及网络接入节点的设置,并给出了网络的拓扑图。论文还讨论了MPLS技术的实现和各种业务的承载方案。
【Abstract】 With the development of the technology in the electric power industry, the Guizhou Electric Power System has achieved a great progress in using information systems and networks in this field. All kinds of businesses, such as the office automatization of information system, the financial management information system, the management of information system and the energy management system( including SCAD A), were built up successively.In this thesis, a general situation of the electric power industry in Guizhou Province and domestic areas is analyzed firstly. The fact is that the available network in existence is not only too small in scale, too poor in performance, but also affording few business, that can not satisfied the request for communications in the Guizhou Electric Power System. To this point, building up a WAN with high speed, broadband, credibility and QoS assurance is imperative under the situation. Such network can also provide public services and give satisfaction to two or more things.Based on the general picture of the domestic Electric Communication Network, the trend of the development in the future is forecasted. After this, the situation of current applications and the possible new services in the future are analyzed at length. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of IP and ATM, which are the two main technologies nowadays, are compared theoretically. The fact is that IP is the basis of the internet and popularly used in many ways. But it can not ensure the security of the real time information in the process of transferring. In fact, no one technology is fairly perfect. Considering some kinds of advance technology, such as IP over ATM, MPOA, IP exchange, MPLS and so forth, MPLS+ATM infrastructure is taken as a satisfying solution of the Guizhou Electric Power Information Network. At the end of this thesis, a discussion aimed for different layers in this network, including of the setting of the core nodes, backbone nodes and access nodes, the methods how to bring the design to success and a topology fig in a whole are given out. At the same time, the solutions of the project are described in detail.
