【摘要】 本文依据有关员工培训理论，在调查分析现有民营企业员工培训的现状的基础上，试图通过揭示我国民营企业员工培训的紧迫性及其重要意义，找出一条相对适合我国民营企业的员工培训道路。 全文共分为五个部分。 第一部分是简单回顾有关员工培训的理论沿革以及支持员工培训的理论基础。 第二部分论述了我国民营企业的涵义以及员工培训的重要意义。对员工培训的原则和作用，作了较为详尽的阐述。 第三、第四部分是文章的重点。第三部分揭示了我国民营企业员工培训的紧迫性、员工培训的现状以及存在的问题，而第四部分则是针对问题提出对策，即我国民营企业如何做好员工培训。在我国民营企业，大体上可分为三个层次进行培训：以业主为首身居要职的高层人员的培训，中层管理人员的培训以及一线操作员工的培训。此外，还指出民营企业员工培训的五个趋势。 第五部分有两个案例分析，真实的案例可以作为本文的补充和印证材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the worker’s training theory and the basis of the present conditions of workers’ training in China’s non-national enterprises,the paper reveals the emergency and the important meaning of workers’ training in China’s non-national enterprises,and find out a comparatively proper way for workers’ training in China’s non-national enterprises.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is simply looking back to the theory in evolution of worker’s training and the theory basis of workers’ training.The second part states the concept of China’s non-national enterprises and the important meaning of workers’ training. And it also discusses the principles and roles of workers’ training in detail.The third and the fourth part are the focal parts of the paper. The third part reveals the emergency and the present conditions of the workers’ training in China’s non-national enterprise,and it also finds out the existing problems in it. The fourth part puts forward some strategies according to the problems. In China’s non-national enterprises,there are three kinds of people need to train:the high-class officials including the proprietor;the middle-class managers and the operating workers. The paper also points out the five trends of the workers’ training in China’s non-national enterprise.The fifth part consists of two cases. The real cases are the supplement and the verified materials.更多还原
