【摘要】 随着信息时代的到来，信息安全受到国内外各界人士的高度重视，它关系到国家安全，是信息系统健康发展的基础。本文围绕对特定专用网络中各种信息安全设备的二次监控管理，重点研究对防火墙、路由器等安全设备的安全监控管理问题。论文在对专用业务信息系统面临的威胁和攻击进行分析的基础上，重点探讨和研究网络安全的二次监控管理模式和方法，并设计出适用于本单位专用网络的二次监控体系和方案；本文论述了安全监控软件的作用、分类、本身面临的威胁、安全目标等，特别研究了在一个特定专用网络中构建二次监控(管理)体系的要求、方法、实现方‘式，并对网络设备的监控可采用多种协议、多种方法及相关若干管理系统软件进行了研究。专用网络的二次监控体系和方案的设计与实施将对本局的网络安全及其管理水平带来很大程度的提高。建立一个科学的、合理的特定专用网络安伞的二次监控体系，保障其特定专用网络的整体系统安全是一个长期的任务。更多还原
