【摘要】 本文主要研究企业资源计划——ERP在我国企业的实施问题。文章首先对企业资源计划的产生背景、发展过程以及实施以后可能给企业带来的效益给予系统的阐述。以此为基础，文章接下来系统论述了企业资源计划实施与评估的基本理论。对企业资源计划的相关原理作出阐述后，就进入了本文的核心内容，即企业资源计划实施问题研究。文章首先结合我国企业的实际情况，系统论述了我国企业在实施ERP过程中面临的共性问题，对这些问题进行了详尽的分析，并针对这些具体问题给出了相应的对策及建议。然后，以目标企业为研究对象，对目标企业ERP系统的实施过程进行了较为全面的论述，对实施过程中遇到的典型问题进行了分析并给出了解决方案，最后对目标企业的实施效果进行了总结和评价。本文对于想要或正在实施ERP的企业具有较强的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 What the paper researched is on the implementing of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in the enterprise of our country. In the first, it identifies systematically the background, development of ERP, and its effect on the enterprises. Secondly, based on this, the article talks about basic theory about the application and evaluation of ERP. Successively, it enters into the focus of the article, indication of ERP. Firstly, it integrates our enterprise practice, contemplating something similarities faced by ERP, which are analyzed detailed, and it gives some advice and methods. Furthermore, its learning objective is motive enterprise, telling totally about the initiation of ERP system. It also analyzes the typical questions countered in the development. At last, it enumerates and evaluates something effective about objective enterprise. This article has significant point on the enterprises who will or are carrying out the ERP.更多还原
