民用飞机供应商质量保证和制造能力评价与控制

【摘要】 供应商评价与控制是现代质量工程和制造技术的新课题，是企业质量保证体系和制造能力的延伸和发展。飞机制造工业是一个国家综合国力和工业发展水平的体现，是一种资本、技术、知识密集为一体的战略产业，是一个复杂的系统工程，一个完全独立的工业企业是很难完成这一工程，为了缩短设计、生产制造周期，降低成本，降低投资风险，获得更多市场，提高企业的竞争力，航空企业需要和冶金、化工、电子、信息等企业加强广泛合作，建立供需体系。本文研究了国内外航空企业供应商质量保证和制造能力评价与控制的最新成果，针对我国航空企业管理现状及问题，提出了我国航空企业供应商质量保证能力和制造能力评价的新思路，在对供应商合理分类的基础上，建立适合中国航空企业的供应商质量保证要求和评审大纲；探讨了供应商评价管理模式；最后还开发出了供应商技术质量问题根本原因纠正措施管理思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supplier evaluation and control "is a new topic for modern quality engineering and manufacturing technology. It is the expansion and development of enterprise quality assurance system and manufacturing capability. The aircraft manufacturing industry is a reflection of comprehensive national power and industrial development level. It is a strategic industry integrated with capital, technology and knowledge. It is a complicated systematical project. It is very difficult for an absolutely independent industrial enterprise to accomplish this project. The aviation enterprises need to strengthen the wide cooperation with the other enterprises including metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics and information technology and establish supply-demand system in order to reduce the period of design and production, reduce the cost and investment risk so as to obtain more market shares and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper studies the latest results of supplier quality assurance and manufacturing capability evaluation and control of aviation enterprises from both home and abroad. It puts forward the new thoughts of supplier quality assurance and manufacturing capability evaluation for aviation enterprises in China regarding to the current management situation and problems in our aviation enterprises. The quality assurance requirement and evaluation outline suitable for Chinese aviation enterprises is established based on the reasonable classification of suppliers. This paper also discusses the management mode for supplier evaluation and finally develops the management thoughts of the supplier root cause corrective actions for the technical and quality problems.更多还原
