汽车离合器从动盘总成新型扭转耐久试验机的研制

【摘要】 汽车离合器从动盘总成扭转耐久试验机是汽车零部件寿命试验的重要试验设备。研究开发自动化程度较高的此类试验设备,对于提高产品质量,促进国内汽车零部件工业的发展有着重要意义,并有着较广泛的实用性。论文详细介绍了基于机电一体化的新型扭转耐久试验机的研制过程、性能特点、组成及测控原理。为了满足本系统所包含的丰富的测控功能,设计了以工控机为核心的微机控制系统,详细介绍了该系统硬件和软件的结构和工作原理。针对从动盘弹簧疲劳断裂的自动识别技术,论文提出了一种刚度时域法的识别原理,并通过了实验验证;对引起试验机冲击振动的曲柄摆杆机构进行了较全面的动态分析,提出了改进方案;还对变频调速系统的干扰机理及对策进行了较深入的研究,并介绍了本系统较有效的抗干扰措施。论文研制的新型扭转耐久试验机已正式通过鉴定验收,并一直正常运行,表明研制获得成功

【Abstract】 A new torsion durability-testing machine for driven plates of automobile clutch, which is important testing equipment in automobile component industry, has been presented in this paper. Development of such machine will promote the driven plates’ quality and give impetus to national automobile industry.The developing process, performance, makeup and principle of the testing machine, which is based on mechatronics, are described in details in this paper. In order to meet the needs of the functions included in this system, a computer control system based on IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) is adopted, whose structure and working principle are described in details.The dynamic load of the crank mechanism in the testing machine is the key factor that affects the work ability and the testing efficiency of the testing machine. On the basis of the dynamic analysis of the crank mechanism, the proving measures are put forward in this paper. It is significant to detect automatically the spring’s fatigue break in the process of the driven plate’s durability test for reliably gaining the fatigue life of the tested piece and realizing the automatization and intelligentize of the testing machine. A method by the change of the torsion rigidity of the tested piece through sampling torque wave of time domain in test process to detect automatically the spring’s break is put forward in the paper. The method is proved valid by examination.The mechanism of the produce and spread of the frequency inverter’s disturbance is analyzed in paper, then a series of anti-disturbance measures used in this system which efficiently restrain the disturbance is introduced.The new testing machine has been passed the reception test, and has a perfect performance in practice. The work of developing is proved to be success
