KD—Ⅲ型生物液智能表面张力动态测试仪的研制

【摘要】 生物液智能表面张力动态测试仪是为测试肺泡肺液表面活性物质的表面张力、吸附率和扩散率以及其它生物液的表面张力而研制的。高温条件下通过呼吸而烧伤肺部,或者因某些严重的疾病而损伤肺部都将会破坏肺部表面活性物质。通过测试肺泡或其它生物液表面活性物的表面张力,可以帮助我们测定肺泡或其它产生活性物质的器官病变损伤的程度。这是现代医学方面研究的课题。 在着眼于现代科学和医学发展的基础上,结合新要求,采用新方法,应用新技术,我们进行了生物液智能表面张力动态测试仪的第三代产品的开发研制,以弥补第一和第二代产品存在的一些缺陷。第三代产品不但继承了原有产品所有的功能和特点,并且进行了扩展和完善。如在原有产品的基础上增加了一种测试表面活性剂吸附率和扩散率的方法,即根据国际烧伤测试医学课题最近提出的旋转磁场式测试方法。另外为了进一步扩大仪器的测量范围,我们将第三代产品的使用扩展到对各种液体表面张力的测试,并进行KD-Ⅲ型样机的制作,以供第三军医大学烧伤研究所作人和动物呼吸道烧伤的实验研究。在仪器的硬件设计方面,我们力求做到结构紧凑,性能稳定,重复性好,且成本低廉。 在仪器的软件设计方面,由于第一和第二代产品的计算机数据处理系统是运行在DOS环境下,用BASIC语言编写的程序。实践证明在DOS环境下进行操作,数据处理速度慢,人机界面不友好,操作起来不方便。并且用BASIC语言编写的程序源代码很容易被操作者误改,不适合将仪器产品化,商业化。因此,在第三代样机中我们用Visual C++编程语言编制了一套运行在WINDOWS 95/WINDOWS 98/WINDOWS NT环境下的数据处理软件系统。所开发研制的软件运行可靠、界面友好、操作方便。

【Abstract】 The detecting and measuring instrument used for detecting and measuring surface tension by means of bio-solution and sense finding methods at moving conditions is developed in order to detect and measure surface tension adsorptive ratio and diffusivity of the active substance of the alveolus surface and other life-forms.The alveolus burned by breath in the high temperature condition or damnified with serious sickness will destroy the active substance of the alveolus surface.Detecting and measuring surface tension of the active substance of the alveolus surface and other life-forms can help us determine the extent of pathological changes or damnification of the alveolus or other apparatus which can produce the active substance.lt is the research problem of the modern times medicine.Based on the development of modern science and medicine,combining new demand,introducing new method,applying new technology,we have empoldered and developed the third kind of product of the detecting and measuring instrument used for detecting and measuring surface tension by means of bio-solution and sense finding methods at moving conditions which makes up some limitation in the first and second kinds of products.The third kind of product inherits not only all the functions and characteristic,but also is extended and perfected.For example it adds to a kind of method of detecting and measuring adsorptive ratio and diffusivity of the surface active substance based on the old products,that is to say,the detecting and measuring method of the rotary magnetic field which is put forward lately by the international burned detecting and measuring medicine problem.In addition,for enlarging ulteriorly the detecting and measuring universality of the instrument,we will use the third kind of product detecting and measuring the surface tension of all kinds of liquid,and manufacture a sample instrument type KD-III which are used for the experiment and research of bured breath road of people and animals for the burned graduate school of Third Military Medical University.On the design of the instrument hardware,we do our best to live up to the compact framework,capability stabilization,good repeat,what’s more low price.On the design of the instrument software,because the computer data process system of the first and second kinds of products run in the DOS environment,which is written by the language of the BASIC.It is proved in the DOS environment that data is processed slowly,man-machine interface isn’t friend and operation isn’t convenient.what’s more,the code of program written by the BASIC is changed easily by accident by user,which doesn’t adapt to production and commodity of the instrument.Therefore,we have developed with Visual C++ language a suit of data process soft system supported by WINDOWS 95/WINDOWS 98/WINDOWS NT in the third kind of the sample instrument.The developed software system has good reliability,friendly user interface and convenient operation.
