【摘要】 学科是培养人才的摇篮，科学研究的基地。重点学科的水平及数量已成为衡量一所医院水平的重要标志。因此，加强重点学科建设，依靠重点学科的辐射作用，推动整体学科水平的提高已成为医院发展的必然趋势。目前，我军已相继在各军医大学建立了军队临床医学院，建立一套科学、实用的军队临床医学院重点学科建设评价指标体系和评价方法，实现对军队临床医学院重点学科建设质量和水平的准确评价和有效管理，以保障其健康发展，是一个亟待解决的问题。本研究通过查阅文献资料，进行实地调研，在掌握重点学科建设及其评价的相关理论和研究方法，了解目前我军军队临床医学院重点学科建设基本情况的基础上，以现代管理系统理论为指导，综合运用系统分析法、头脑风暴法、专家咨询法、赋值统计迭代法等方法构建了军队临床医学院重点学科建设评价指标体系；并以该指标体系对第二军医大学附属第一临床医学院长海医院15个重点学科的建设情况进行实测，运用加权求和法、秩和比法等不同方法进行综合评价，分析评价结果，构建评判模型。结果证明：该指标体系具有较好的信度和区分度，较强的适用性，导向性和可操作性。本研究对建立军队临床医学院重点学科建设评价指标体系和评价方法进行了初步探讨，作出了有益尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subjects are cradles of persons with ability and bases of sicentific investigation. The level and the number of key subjects in a hospital have been an important symbol of it. It’s a trend to strengthen the key subject construction and promote the whole level of all the subjects depending on the radiate action of the key subjects. Today the military clinical medical colleges have been established in all military medical universities in PLA. It’s an urgent problem to construct a scientific and practical indexical system for the evaluation of the key subject construction in military clinical medical colleges in order to realize the appropriate evaluation and effective government and to keep its healthy and continuous development.In this study we have constructed the system using the methods including systemic analysis, brain storm and specialist consulting, etc on the basis of mastering the relative theories and methods and realizing the condition of key subject construction in military clinical medical colleges in PLA by reviewing the relative articles and archives and performing field surveys. Then we have applied the system to the evaluation of the construction of the fifteen key subjects in Changhai hospital, the First Military Clinical Medical College of the Second Military Medical University to test the properties of the system. We have employed several methods such as the Sum-Weighted and Rank-Sum Ratio to analyze the data and draw the conclusion of the evaluation. The results demonstrate that the system has good liability, differentiability, applicability, indicatability and maneuverability. This study has stepped out for the construction and application of the indexical system for the evaluation of key subject construction in Military Clinical Medical College and has been fruitful.更多还原
