基于Internet三维数字港的应用研究

【摘要】 1998年1月31日,美国副总统戈尔首次提出了数字地球(Digital Earth)的概念。数字城市是数字地球建设中的一个信息节点,又是数字地球的基础。海洋覆盖了地球表面的71%,是全球生命支持系统的一个基本组成部分。人类社会的发展,必然会越来越多地依赖海洋。因此,数字地球离不开数字海洋。港口是海洋与城市的交界,因而数字港兼有数字海洋与数字城市的功能与特征,同样是数字地球中一个不可缺少的重要组成部分。 虚拟现实技术作为数字地球的关键技术之一,同样在数字海洋及数字港的研究中有着非常重要的作用。虚拟现实建模语言(VRML,Virtual Reality Modeling Language)能创建基于Internet的丰富多彩的三维动态虚拟世界,为人们提供了一种全新的交互技术来模拟真实的三维地理现象。 本文结合VRML及WebGIS技术,用Java编程实现,研究了基于Internet的三维数字港的功能系统及其实现。面向港区陆地,实现由二维图像(航拍照片或卫星遥感照片)到三维真实场景的过渡,结合Internet、地理信息系统(GIS)和虚拟现实技术创建三维动态大连港,生成可在Internet浏览器中显示的三维虚拟景观,整个场景可在任何位置,以任意视角、无级比例尺进行动态观察和漫游,并可对虚拟场景中的地物造型进行三维地理要素的属性查询和空间分析。面向港区水域,通过基于Internet的电子海图显示与信息系统(ECDIS)可为船务公司等提供全方位的海上数字信息服务。 本课题的研究对城市规划、国土资源开发有很大的指导作用,同时推动大连双D港的建设。

【Abstract】 The concept of Digital Earth was brought forward first by Al Gore, vice prisident of U. S. A. Digital City is one of information nodes of the construction of Digital Earth and is the base of Digital Earth. The oceans, which cover 71% of the earth surface is the basic part of the system of the life support of the earth. The development of human society will be sure to be more and more depending on the oceans. So Digital Ocean is indispensable to Digital Earth. The Port is the boundary between the city and the ocean,It has the functions and the characters of the city and the ocean. So Digital Port is also indispensable to Digital Earth.Virtual Reality technology which is one of the key technology in Digital Earth, is very important in the research on Digital Ocean and Digital Port. VRML, which can construct a colorful, 3D, dynamic, interactive, virtual world Internet-based, is also a kind of new reaction technology to simulate 3D geographic phenomena in our real world.This paper had a research on function system of 3D digital port Internet-based with technology of VRML combining with technology of Java and WebGIS. For the land of the port,we have constructed the 3D, virtual sight of dalian port which can be displayed in the browser of Internet combining with technology of Internet,CIS and virtual reality.We have a transition from 2D picture to 3D,real scene.we can be observing and roaming dynamically in the scene everywhere, in every viewpoint, with infinitely variable scale, We also can query properties of objects in the scene and have the function of analyzing space. For the water area, We use electronic chart display and information system(ECDIS) to apply the omnidirectional sea digital information for the shipping company.Our research will be helpful to direction in layout of city, development of the resource in our country and promote the construction of dalian 2D port.
