人民邮电出版社战略发展研究

【摘要】 人民邮电出版社是一家从事IT类图书出版的专业科技出版社,在当前的市场经济大潮中,正面临着外部环境的巨变和内部自身体制的转型。研究制定战略发展规划,已经成为人民邮电出版社在市场竞争中求得生存和获得长期稳定发展的首要课题。本文以企业战略研究的基本理论为指导主线,紧密结合所研究企业的实际情况,采用企业战略研究中的一些分析方法和技术,对人民邮电出版社的外部战略环境和内部战略条件进行了全面分析,为出版社未来五年的发展制定了总体战略,确定了基本战略目标,拟定了核心竞争战略的内容,提出了战略实施的各项主要措施。本论文共分6章,分析阐述了如何制定一个IT出版企业的战略发展方案,主要内容包括:现代企业战略管理理论及应用意义,IT技术图书出版概述,人民邮电出版社的外部战略环境分析,人民邮电出版社的内部战略条件分析,人民邮电出版社发展战略制定、选择及核心竞争战略,人民邮电出版社发展战略的实施。本文力求把现代企业战略管理理论与我国IT出版企业所面临的实际情况相结合,希望能在探索制定我国现代出版企业的战略发展规划方面做一些有益的尝试。
【Abstract】 Posts & Telecom Press (PTPRESS) is a professional science and technology press which is engaged in publishing IT books. With the development of market economy, she is facing the great changes of external environment and internal system reform. It is the prime problem that how PTPRESS could survive and develop steadily in the market competition by designing a strategic layout.This paper made the basic theory of enterprise strategy study as guidelines, combined with the enterprise practice, and analyzed PTPRESS’s external strategy environment and internal strategy conditions comprehensively with some analytical methods and technology in enterprise strategy study. It designed a general strategy about the Press development in five years, determined a basic strategic target, studied out the content of the core competition strategy, and brought forward each leading measure of strategy implement.This paper contained six chapters, setting forth how to design a strategic layout of IT publishing company respectively. The main content contained: the strategic management theory and application meaning of modern enterprise; summarization of IT technology books publishing; analysis of PTPRESS’s external strategy environment; analysis of PTPRESS’s internal strategy conditions; establishing and choosing development and core competition strategy of PTPRESS; and the implement of PTPRESS’s development strategy.This paper strived to combine the strategic management theory of modern enterprise with the practice of Chinese IT publishing companies. I hope there are some useful attempt to explore how to design a strategic layout of modern publishing company in China.
