汽车变速箱齿轮故障模糊聚类诊断技术的应用研究

【摘要】 本文应用振动分析方法研究了汽车变速箱齿轮产生振动的原因和齿轮故障发生的机理。针对变速箱齿轮运行状态的振动信号的特点,根据LC5T81变速箱疲劳寿命的台架试验所采集的数据,研究了基于时序分析的变速箱齿轮运行状态的特征向量提取方法。采用模糊聚类方法确定待诊断的变速箱齿轮运行状态的特征向量与标准样本状态的特征向量的亲疏关系,从而对其进行有效的识别与诊断。最后,设计了一个基于时序分析和模糊聚类相结合的变速箱齿轮故障诊断系统。本文研究的基于时序分析和模糊聚类相结合的诊断方法为车辆变速箱故障诊断提供了新的思路,在变速箱齿轮运行状态的监控和故障诊断方面具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the reason of transmission gears vibration are studied with vibration analysis. Based on the time series analysis, the feature vectors extraction methods of the transmission gear vibration signal are studied. The time series analysis is applied to extract the feature vectors of the transmission gears vibration signal of normal working state, wearing working state and fault working state. By fuzzy classificantion method, the similarity relation between the feature vector of the working state transmission gears to be diagnosed and the sample feature vector are obtained. The working state transmission gears fault diagnosis is determined according to this similarity relation of the feature vector. Based on the time series analysis and fuzzy classificantion method, a fault diagnosis system of the transmission gears is designed and applied in the transmission gears fault diagnosis. In the end ,the result is tested and verified with the experiment of LC5T81 transmission gears. The result of test is consisted with the conclusion. This paper is of certain value to the transmission gears fault diagnosis and their working state monitor. Based on the time series analysis and fuzzy classificantion method provides a new method for the transmission gears fault diagnosis.
