基于WebGIS的房地产楼盘管理信息系统的研究与实践

【摘要】 当前，随着住房制度改革的深入，房地产业已成为我国经济发展的新的增长点，房地产信息越来越丰富。在这种情况下迫切需要一套系统——一方面为房地产管理部门提供可视化的管理，另一方面在房地产开发公司、房屋销售公司与购房消费者之间建起一座桥梁，使得消费者能够全面地、迅速地了解房地产信息。 基于以上背景，本文提出了建立基于WebGIS的房地产楼盘管理信息系统(REBMIS，The Information System of Real Estate Building Manage)的思想。围绕这一主题，进行了系统的研究工作。调查分析了房地产业的经营模式、管理方式、营销模式，提出了网络时代房地产业的发展趋势；通过对WebGIS技术的研究，提出了楼盘地理信息网上发布的解决方案；通过对系统数据模型和数据结构的研究，提出了本系统数据的管理方法，提出了数据库的结构设计；通过对计算机网络技术的研究，提出了本系统网络环境的解决方案；通过对系统集成技术的研究，提出了VB集成Excel实现报表功能的算法，通过对ASP技术的学习，提出了ASP在本系统的应用方法；通过对房地产营销过程的研究分析，提出了系统的设计思想、设计方法、设计要求和总体方案。 最后研制开发了基于WebGIS的房地产楼盘管理信息系统，并对系统的特点、运行环境、主要功能、系统界面等作了介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, with housing system reformed, real-estate Industry has become a new growth point of economics. Under this background, there is an urgent demand for a typical system. On the one hand, it can provide visible management for department of managing real-estate, on the other hand, it links real-estate corporation, house seller and consumers and makes consumers rapidly obtain the whole Information of real-estate.In the paper, REBMIS (The Information System of Real Estate Building Manage) based on WebGIS is brought forward to build. Enclosing this theme, systematical research is done. Achievements of the article are as follows: putting forward the tendency for development of real-estate according to the research on real-estate industry; putting forward resolution plan of issuing Building information on web through researching WebGIS technology; putting forward the management and constructive design to database according to the research on data model and data construction; putting forward plan of resolving web environment according to the research on computer web technology; bringing forward the arithmetic of schedule function produced by VB integrating Excel through researching systematical integrating technology; putting forward method of applying ASP in the system through researching ASP technology; putting forward design conception, method, request and whole plan through researching and analyzing the procedure of selling rea- estate.At last, REBMIS based on WebGIS has been built, the paper introduces systematical characteristic, performing environment, main function and systematical panel.更多还原
