弹芯尺寸光电综合检测系统

【摘要】 基于激光扫描检测技术、光栅位移检测技术、闭环伺服控制技术和计算机实时控制与数据处理技术,提出了一种用于穿甲弹弹芯零件尺寸非接触测量的弹芯尺寸光电综合检测系统。本文论述系统的组成与总体结构,对径向尺寸、轴向尺寸,尤其是环距测量原理与方法进行了理论研究。详细讨论了激光扫描检测系统、光栅位移检测系统、闭环伺服控制系统及其动态特性和计算机控制系统。通过实验对系统的误差进行了理论分析。实验结果表明该系统可满足弹芯零件尺寸的检测要求。
【Abstract】 Based on laser-scanned inspecting technology, grating displacement measuring technology, close-loop servo control technology, computer real-time control and data processing technology, a bullet corre dimension optoelectronic comprehensive measuring system is presented, which is used to non-contact measurement of dimensions for the bullet core part of armor-piercing bullet. In this paper, the constitution and overall structure of the system are described. The measuring principle and method of the radial dimension, axial dimension and pitch aretheoretically studied. The laser-scanned inspecting system, grating displacement measuring system, close-loop servo control system ang its dynamic characteristics as well as computer control system are discussed in detail. The measuring errors of the system are theoretically analysized by experiments. The experimental results has shown that the system can meet the measuring requirement of the dimensions for bullet core part.
