高校课程决策支持系统研究

【摘要】 本文分析了课程决策特征，指出了现实课程决策中存在的一些问题；论述了课程决策的决策支持有关内容，提出“决策支持既有内容与方法上的支持，也需要智力、技术上的支持，并且这些支持不是相互孤立的，而是可以通过计算机技术、网络技术、多媒体技术、超文本技术得到有效的整合”的观点；构建了课程决策支持系统的概念模型：(1)从概念扩张、特征分析、技术条件和观念更新等四个维度对课程决策支持系统作了概要性描述；(2)从技术方案维度对课程决策支持系统作了初步分析，同时提出了课程决策支持系统的几个功能模块，指出了这些模块之间的关系。 本文认为，课程决策支持系统理应需要有决策支持系统的某些基本结构、特征与功能，同时，更为重要的是这种作为工具的决策支持系统应该对课程决策能起到真正的、有效的决策支持作用，有利于改善决策者的信息环境和知识结构，能便捷地为决策者或按其要求提供智力支持，有助于提高课程决策的有效性。 在概念定义上，本文指出，“课程决策支持系统是由具有课程决策自身特色的数据库、知识库、模型(模式)库、案例库和专家系统等基本结构或功能单元综合成若干个功能模块(诸如人才培养目标模块、课程知识信息支持模块、智囊模块、约束条件与特色分析模块等)，并由这些功能模块集成，以信息技术为支撑，建立在计算机网络这一全新平台上的信息系统。”更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of Curricula-decision in high education school are analyzed and some problems which exist in current Curricula-decision are also discovered. At the same time, some analysis is made in Decisional Support for Curricula-decision as well as for its decisionmaker. Furthermore, it is suggested that Decisional Support includes not only support of content & method, but also support of intelligence & technique, and they are even related to each other, which can be efficiently integrated by technology of computer, network, multimedia and hyper-text.what is more, conceptual model for Curricula Decision Support System (CDSS) is put forward which is described in the case of concept expansion, technology condition, characteristic analysis and idea revolution. In addition, some analysis of CDSS is done in aspect of its technology program. At the same time, some modules, of which their relationships are shown, are selected to buildup CDSS.It is advanced that CDSS should need some basic units which exist in DSS, and present some characteristics and functions of DSS. Furthermore, CDSS should play role in support for curricula-decision efficiently, improve decisionmaker’s information environment and knowledge structure helpfully, and provide intelligence support for decisionmaker according to his (or her) requirement conveniently.In definition, CDSS, based on the new platform of IT, network and web, is an information system, which is not only composed of database, knowledgebase, modelbase, casebase and expert systems with Curricula-decision self-characteristics, but also integrated by these function-basis.更多还原
