【摘要】 企业资源计划(ERP)是一种20世纪90年代初期以市场和客户需求为导向，以实行企业内外资源优化配置，消除生产经营过程中一切无效的劳动和资源，实现信息流、物流、资金流、价值流和业务流的有机集成和提高客户满意度为目标，以计划与控制为主线，以网络和信息技术为平台，面向供应链的先进管理思想。 经济全球化的发展以及加入WTO，使中国企业的管理必须与世界接轨。ERP这个集现代管理思想与最新信息技术于一体的管理系统成为了中国企业必须做出的选择。由于中国企业管理欠账多，ERP实施技术难点多等原因，ERP目前在我国的实施情况并不理想。如何成功实施ERP已成为中国企业急待解决的问题。实施ERP最根本的是转变人的观念，加强对人的管理；通过合理再造企业业务流程；与管理咨询公司通力合作；选择适合企业自身需求的ERP管理软件；并即时对实施情况做出评价，企业将会成功实施ERP，增强企业竞争力，以取得更大的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 ERP is an advanced management thoughts. It appeared at the early of 1990s. It follows the need of the market and the client. The goal of ERP is to implement enterprises’ resources optimizing configuration and remove all the invalid work and resources. It can achieve the integration of information stream,material stream,capital stream,value stream and operation stream. It can also improve the satisfaction of the client.The developments of economy globalize and China’s entry as a full partner in the WTO makes China’s enterprises management must connect with the world. ERP is a management system that integrates modern management thoughts and new information technology. So it is the obligatory choose for China’s enterprises. The situation of implementing ERP in China is not very good because there are a good many arrears in China’s enterprises management and a lot of difficulties in ERP implementing technology. How to successfully implement ERP is an urgent problem for China’s enterprises. Changing people’s concept and strengthening management to people,remaking enterprises’ operation course,cooperating with Management Consultation Company,choosing ERP management software according to the need of the enterprises themselves,judging the implementing situation in time are essentials of implementing ERP.
