小型高压平面脉冲变压器

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种新颖的小型高压平面脉冲变压器,与常规方法设计的高压平面脉冲变压器不同,这种新的设计方法具有更多的灵活性。高压平面脉冲变压器能够实现绕组层与层之间的机械化的串联连接,降低了直流阻抗、提高了器件的一致性。由于绕组之间的间距小、整个变压器整体趋于平面化的几何结构,高压平面变压器的一些寄生效应得到了显著减弱。本文讨论了高压平面脉冲变压器的交叉绕组结构的优点,探讨了几种有着不同交叉绕组的变压器的交流阻抗和漏感。本文还讨论了由趋肤效应和邻近效应所引起的绕组损耗。 文中给出了一系列实验所得的数据,例如高压平面脉冲变压器的输入、输出电压,漏感,支流阻抗等。实验结果表明,这种结构的变压器适用于小型化设计和高压应用。我们采用Saber软件对高压平面脉冲变压器进行了仿真,仿真的结果与实验测试的结果非常接近。 根据我们的调研,本课题对高压平面脉冲变压器的研究在国内尚属首创,我们对高压平面脉冲变压器探索性的工作为小型化高压脉冲变压器设计提供了一条可行途径和技术经验。

【Abstract】 A novel pulse planar transformer of low-profile that is suitable for high voltage application is presented. Unlike the conventional design, the new design offers more flexibility, it can automatically series-connect each layer of the winding and reduce the DC resistance, increase the consistency. Some of the parasites can be drastically reduced due to their planar geometry and the proximity of the windings. The advantages of the interleaving technique are presented. This planar transformer winding AC resistance and leakage inductance are investigated for the different winding arrangements. This paper examines the winding losses associated with skin and proximity effects for this kind of planar transformer.Given a set of specifications, such as input and output voltage, leakageinductance, DC resistance, etc. Experimental results show that such construction transformer is particularly useful for the design of low-profile and high-voltage converter modules. Simulation with Saber software is employed whose results are very approach to the experiment results.No other researches about low-profile planar pulse transformer for high-voltage in domestic according to our known. The study on the design and execution of the planar pulse transformer for high-voltage provide a feasible approach and technical experience.
