筒形件数控旋压仿真研究及CAD/CAM一体化

【摘要】 本文在研究筒形件数控强力旋压变形的基础上,以Visual C++为开发工具,通过ObiectARX对AutoCAD进行了二次开发。本系统达到了CAD/CAM的集成,实现了从计算机辅助设计到数控加工代码生成的完整的过程。同时根据旋压工件体积不变的特性,系统能够自动的修改道次曲线。 本文根据软件工程学的观点,对该系统的前后置处理进行了科学的设计。另外,因为该系统采用了模块化的程序设计并具有良好的容错能力,所以具有较强的实用价值。 本文创造性的运用了三维图形技术实现了对加工的动态模拟。这种仿真方式不同于以往的切削加工仿真,根据工件的体积不变的原则和加工中金属的流动规律对整个加工过程进行动态的模拟。并在此基础上讨论了旋压工艺的设计计算、工程数据库的建立及数控程序的编制。

【Abstract】 According to the research on deformation of tube workpiece in Numerical Control power spinning and with the tool Visual C++,this paper conducts secondary development under AutoCAD condition through ObjectARX.The softwave serves the needs of the integration of CAD/CAM,at the same time achieves the purpose of the overall process from computer aided design to the generation of NC code And in accordance with the constancy of spun workpiece volume,this system can automatic amend the path curve.Based on the principle of software enginneeing,the front-and-post processing of the system is scientifically designed in the paper. In addition,bacause the system is developed by the modular programming method and has a fine fault freedom,it is of great poactical value.The paper realized the dynamic simulation of the process by the creationary exercise of three-dimentional computer graphics technique.Different from the previous ways,according to the fundamental of the constanry of workpiece value and the metallic flow rule in process,the method carry out the simulation to the overall progression from roughcast to product.On the base of these ideals,the paper discussed the designing calculation .of the power spinning process,the establising of the engineering database and the progrmming for numerical control.
