【摘要】 步入21世纪，信息化浪潮席卷全球。世界各国均在发展信息技术以期提高其信息化水平，许多国家开展了信息化水平的量化分析。 本文在熟悉有关专业名词和其他国家测度信息化时所使用的指标体系、测度方法的基础上，提出了广东省信息化测度的指标体系和测度方法。但是由于目前统计数据的局限，又提出了一试算指标体系并对广东省信息化作出测度。为了解决反映信息化现状的数据收集问题，研究制定了有关信息化方面的统计报表与制度。最后，对加快发展广东省信息化水平提出了几点的看法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coming upon the 21st century, tidal wave of informationalization is sweeping all over the world. All counties are developing information technic so that advancing informationalization level. Many countries and regions have unfolded measure analysis on informationalization.Index systems and methods of informationalization measure are put forward on the basis of acquaintance some nouns about information and index systems and methods used in other countries and regions. Index systems of Guangdong province informationalization measue and experiment measure are constituted because of in defect of statistics data, and that Guangdong province informationalization is measured and analyzed. Statistics and system on informationalization are constituted in order to collect data. Finally, issues that are needed to settle are pointed out by frontal analysis in order to quicken informationalization pace.更多还原
