大型旋转机械在线监测诊断系统的网络通信

【摘要】 机械设备故障诊断、监测技术在现代工业生产中起着非常重要的作用,开展机械设备故障诊断技术的研究具有重要的意义。机器设备监测诊断模式随着检测技术和手段的进步,尤其是计算机技术和网络技术的发展,已经逐渐向网络化的方向发展。 本文讨论了网络通信技术在大型旋转机械在线监测及故障诊断系统中的应用。本系统在Windows界面下,运用Visual C++中的WinSock技术,采用多线程并发TCP服务器结构模式(客户机/服务器模式),实现了局域网内旋转机械振动信号的共享,达到了分布式诊断模式(DMDS)的设计要求。 本系统全部采用中文界面以满足大多数用户的要求,易于操作和使用。

【Abstract】 The fault diagnosis and monitoring technology of mechanical equipment are very important in modern industry, and it’ s significative to study the fault diagnosis technology of mechanical equipment. As the development of monitoring technology and means, especially the development of computer and network technology, networking is the trend of fault diagnosis and monitoring mode of mechanical equipment.The application of network communications technology in On-line Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System of Large Unit Rotary Machine is studied in this paper. Under the interface of Windows, using technology of Visual C++ and multi-thread concurrent TCP server (Client/Server architecture), the monitored signals of rotary machine have been shared in local area network (LAN), and the requirement of Distributed Monitoring and Diagnosis System (DMDS) has been realized.This system is programmed with Chinese interface, this can meet the demands of most users. The interface is friendly and popular common.
