水库汛期描述及汛限水位确定方法研究与应用

【摘要】 在水库实时调度过程中,汛限水位是一十分重要、敏感的指标,它直接影响着合理解决水库防洪与兴利之间的矛盾。因此根据工程实际要求,科学描述水库汛期,合理确定水库汛限水位,研究汛限水位实时控制方法,建立切实可行的水库汛限水位控制模式等,是当务之急。本文对水库汛期描述与汛限水位确定理论方法及其在水库实践中的应用情况,进行了详实的分析研究;论述了普通集合理论方法和模糊集合理论方法在实践应用过程当中存在的优点和不足;提出了水库准汛期的概念,并结合察尔森水库实例论述了水库准汛期描述方法;提出了水库准汛期汛限水位动态控制方法,应用模糊优选理论建立了计算水库准汛期汛限水位动态控制值模糊优选模型。

【Abstract】 The limiting level during flood season in real-time reservoir dispatching is such an important and sensitive index that it affects directly how to solve reasonably the contradiction between reservoir’s flood-control and it’s benefit. So it is very urgent to describe a reservoir’s flood season, to define reasonably it’s limiting level, to find a real-time control method of limiting level and to establish an appropriate control model of limiting level. A detailed analysio or study on description of reservoir’s flood season, theories and methods of definition of limiting level and application in the real-time reservoir’s dispatching was given in this thesis. In the thesis, some advantages and disadvantages in the application of common assembly theory method and fuzzy assembly theory method was also discussed and a concept of "would-be flood season" of reservoirs was presented. A description method of "reservoir would-be flood season" using an sample of Cha’ersen reservoir was presented. A dynamic control method for reservoir limiting level during "would-be flood season" was presented and a fuzzy and optimizing model was formulated for calculating dynamic values of reservoir limiting level during "would-be flood season" by application of fuzzy and optimizing theory.
