生产过程信息的采集与实时网络共享技术研究

【摘要】 本文研究了网络数据库技术在生产自动化中的实际应用。设计规划以及具体实施了一个完整的工厂技术信息系统(即TIS系统),其主要内容包括:利用MS SQL SERVER技术,实现了生产过程中非开放的、多个不同控制系统的集成;系统分析了数据库存取技术,和利用Excel的数据导入/导出功能,建立网络数据库的技术和方法;给出了用户接口程序的设计与开发,以及编程的具体方法和步骤;提出了使用VPN技术实现将不同地域的分支机构接入企业内部网络。即企业广域网的建设方法;简要介绍了ERP的技术基础,阐明了企业实施ERP应以TIS为基础的观点;本单位的Intranet为例,系统分析了实际运行的各项数据,并与生产过程的实时数据进行了对比,效果良好。 本文的创新之处在于:一、采用数据库存取技术,实现了生产过程不同控制系统之间的集成,并将其数据在网络上共享;二、实现了控制系统网络和管理系统网络之间的互联;三、利用VPN技术,以最经济、最有效的方法实现了不同地域的不同系统的集成,达到了网上资源共享和管理协同的目的。
【Abstract】 This essay studies the practical application of net database in process automation. A complete plant Technical Information System (TIS) is planned and then actually implemented, mainly comprising: MSSQL Server technology to integrate multiple non-open control systems. Systematic analysis is made on the database access technology, import and export functions of Excel data, as well as technology and methods of setting up net database. Methods and procedures are detailed for design and development of user interface programs and programming. VPN technology is adopted to connect company branches in different locations into the Enterprise Intranet, hence Enterprise Internet. The essay briefly introduces basic ERP technology and indicates that application of ERP in enterprises should be based on TIS, for instance in the author’s company. Actual operation parameters are systematically analyzed and compared with real time data from production process. The effects are good.What is new in the essay is: 1. Database access technology is adopted to integrate different control systems of production process, enabling sharing of data on net. 2. Inter-connection is realized between control system network and management system network. 3. VPN technology is used to successfully integrate different systems at different locations, so as to meet the target of sharing resources on net and management co-ordination.
