电梯控制系统故障诊断及电梯仿真系统的研究

【摘要】 随着现代化城市的高速发展,电梯的需求量越来越大,进一步提高电梯可靠性和减少现场调试要求,是电梯控制技术的方向。伴随电梯控制系统的微机化及高性能化而来的便是检测过程的复杂化,对检测人员的专业技术及检测手段的要求也必然相应提高,因此只有需要配备了先进的检测设备,方能较好地保证产品质量和提高生产效率。 针对上述现状,本文以电梯控制系统的整机故障检测为对象,利用工控机,数据采集卡,并结合计算机软件的设计,开发出一套实用的电梯控制器故障检测系统,检测过程实现一定程度的自动化,并具有较好的通用性和可移植性,适用于多种不同类型的微机电梯控制系统。 论文分析了数据采集系统在电梯控制器故障检测中的重要应用。介绍了数据采集系统的一般概念,包括数据采集的意义、任务及基本功能,着重描述了数据采集系统的典型结构。 论文进行了检测系统的实际硬件设计,具体分析了硬件系统中各组成部分的工作原理及实际微机接口电路的设计过程。 进行检测系统的实际软件设计,阐述了系统的测控软件设计的总体设计方案,以及Visual Basic在实时检测系统中的应用,介绍了检测系统中的数字滤波、数据压缩、参数表转化、曲线描绘等软件问题的解决方法。 本文还将人工智能的专家系统的理论运用于电梯控制器的故障检测,具体分析了专家系统在自动测试领域中的应用,以及电梯控制器故障检测专家系统的设计,最后着重描述检测系统的一种机器学习方法。 该系统已在浙江巨人电梯有限公司应用,实际运行结果表明,该系统方便实用,有效地提高了电梯控制器的检测效率。
【Abstract】 With the development of the modern city, the requirement of elevator is becoming more and more. Imploring the safety and decreasing test on spot is the technology direction of elevator control. Following the application of microcomputer in elevator control system, test process is becoming more and more complex, so the capacity of test personnel and method of test must be enhanced. The situation demands that only advance test device be equipped, the quality of products and work efficiency can be improved.According to this situation, using industry control computer, data acquisition board, combining computer software, we designed and developed a fault test system for lift controller. This system has realized automatization in some degree. Being compatible, this system can be applied to various lift controllersThe paper analysis the important application of data acquisition system (ADS) in the fault test system for lift controller, introduces concept ^ significance and function of ADS, describes the typical structure of ADS.We designed the hardware of test system in the paper, analyzed the principle of each parts of hardware and the design of microcomputer interface circuit.We designed the software of test system in the paper; discussed the scheme of software and the application of Visual Basic in real-time test system; introduced the digital filter, data compress, parameter transform, curve painting and so on.At last we applied the Expert System theory of artificial intelligence to lift’s controller fault test system, analyzed the application of Expert System in auto-test field, and designed the Expert System of fault test for lift’s controller, and introduced a method of machine learning in this system on emphases.This system has been applied to Ltd. ZheJiang JuRen elevator, the practical running results show that the system is practicable and convenient, and improved the test efficiency.
