【摘要】 本文对整个“钢管二维漏磁检测设备监控系统”做了探讨。设计了一个钢管检测监控系统，从而使钢管的检测实现了自动化、智能化。 在本文中首先讨论了二维漏磁检测法的基本原理，这是“钢管二维漏磁检测设备监控系统”设计的基础。还讨论了漏磁检测中漏磁场的一些分布特性。 接着本文介绍了钢管二维漏磁检测设备的整体结构和检测性能。从性能上来讲整个检测系统已经达到了自动化和智能化的检测效果。 因为是计算机自动检测，所以需要将外部所有的信号通过HY6070A／D转换卡接入计算机进行控制和处理。在本文中对于接口信号的处理作了详细的讨论。 本文讨论的重点是钢管检测监控系统的设计。所开发的监控系统是基于Windows操作平台的。所以整个系统设计的难点在于：缺陷判定算法的设计；HY6070虚拟驱动程序的编写；数据库的设计和操作。在本文中对于这三部分作了详细的讨论。 另外本文还对在二维漏磁检测系统中数字信号的处理作了一定的研究。讨论了几种简单的软件滤波方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A monitor system of two dimensions magnetic flux leakage testing equipment for the steel tube has been studied in this paper. And we design a monitor system of steel tube testing,in which the steel tube testing is automatic and intellectualized.In this paper,first of all,we discuss the basic theory of the two dimensions magnetic flux leakage testing,which is the basic of the design of "the monitor system of two dimensions magnetic flux leakage testing equipment for the steel tube " .We also discuss some distributing characteristic about the magnetic field in the magnetic flux leakage testing.Then we introduce the whole configuration and capability of the two dimensions magnetic flux leakage testing equipment. From the capability view,the whole testing system can obtain automatic and intellectualized testing effect.The testing is implemented by the computer so exterior signal,which are be controlled and processed,must be input the computer by HY6070 A/D conversion card. We discuss the signal processing about the interface signal in detail in this paper.The emphasis of this paper is the design of the monitor system of the steel tube testing. The monitor system bases on the Windows. The difficulties of the whole system design are the design of the pit judgment arithmetic,the writing of the HY6070 VXD,the design and operation about the database. The three difficulties have been studied in detail in this paper.In addition,we study the digital signal processing in the testing system of two dimensions magnetic flux leakage.
