【摘要】 随着计算机网络规模日益庞大及复杂性和异构性不断增加，如何实施完整而有效的网络管理已成为一个备受关注的问题。本文主要对计费管理、安全管理技术及基于Web的网络管理模式进行研究和探讨，并在Windows平台上设计了一个综合网络管理系统。本系统在总体设计上采用了C／S和B／C模式相结合的系统架构，由两个子系统组成：基于Web的网络管理子系统和网络监控与IP流量计费管理子系统。其中，主要以后者为重点进行了研究和详细设计，并以多线程方式对其主要模块进行了实现：采用VxD技术从底层网卡上截取网络流量、通过对其解析和统计实现计费处理，同时实时监测当前网络中的流量情况并以直观的图形方式显示，给网络管理员提供了评价网络性能和资源分配的依据，同时为了方便管理和使用，还提供了远程Web管理及查询功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays ,with the increasing scale, complexity and heterogeneouscharacteristic of the computer network ,how to build a perfect and effective Network Management System is attracting more and more attention.This paper mainly works over and discusses Network Accounting Management, Security Management technology and Web-Based Management(WBM) mode. Moreover,it describes the design of a integrated Network Management System in Windows operating system .The whole Management system is constructed in a frame of C/S and B/S integrated mode and made up of two sub-systems: Web-Based Management ; Network Monitoring and Accounting Management according to IP Traffic . The latter sub-system is studied as an emphasis and then designed in detail , the main modules of which have been implemented by means of multiple thread : use the VxD technology to capture the network traffic from the underlying Network Interface Controller ,then analyze the traffic and account them , and at the same time afford the real time monitoring of the current traffic in the network and display them as intuitionistic graphs. Accordingly , the network manager can evaluate the network performance and the using of the network resources.
