【摘要】 电子商务是目前IT行业最为热门的话题之一，是一个崭新的商务活动形式。电子商务是指采用数字化电子方式进行商务数据交换和开展商务业务的活动。电子商务系统由涉及商务活动的各方组成，包括商店、消费者、金融机构、政府等，他们利用计算机网络技术全面实现在线交易电子化。电子商务被公认为是第二次Internet产业大革命。世界各国都非常重视电子商务的发展，电子商务的各个方面的外部条件正在不断的建立和完善，整个社会的电子商务体系逐步形成。随着电子商务的蓬勃发展，电子商务的资金流、物流问题及其相关安全问题成为人们关注和研究的焦点问题。 一个完整的电子商务应用在纵向上可以划分为网络基本设施、电子认证系统、电子支付系统和电子业务应用系统四个部分。相比较而言，电子支付系统和电子认证系统更为复杂，同时也是整个电子商务体系的核心，它们的建设完成将标志完整电子商务应用的形成。支付网关系统就是在这种背景下应运而生。 支付网关系统要实现Internet上的实时支付、资金清算、查询统计等功能，真正在Internet和金融业务处理网络系统之间建立连接，实现从Internet上接受、处理支付请求，将支付请求送到金融业务处理系统进行处理，然后将处理结果返回给发出支付请求的消费者或商户等一系列的功能。系统应该成为消费者享受网上购物便利的安全支付平台，并支持商家开展B2B、B2C交易等电子商务支付服务和其它增值服务。并确保交易参与方、金融系统的安全，同时考虑交易的快捷性以及整个系统的可扩展性。 本文首先了介绍电子商务发展的现状以及网上支付的特殊意义，以及支付网关系统的特点和其中一些重要的特色，阐述了网上安全处理的流程和PKI技术，详细介绍了“金融联”支付网关的设计和实现技术，并以“钱包发起的授权和消费”交易为例，分别阐明了PCS服务器以及钱包服务器的工作原理。最后是一点感想和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electronic commerce is one of the most pop topics. It is a brand-new business affair. Electronic commerce is an activity that exchanges business data and develop business operation by adopting digital electronic mode. Electronic commerce system is composed of each element, which relates to business activity, including shops, customers, financial institutions, governments and so on. They achieve online transactions by using computer network technology completely. Electronic commerce is recognized as the second Internet industrial revolution. All the countries of the world attach importance to the development of electronic commerce. Its external conditions in all the aspects are established and completed. The social electronic commerce system is formed step by step. With the development of business commerce, the questions related to the flow of funds and substance and security are becoming the focus that many of the people pay more attention to.An integrated electronic commerce application can be divided into four portions: basic establishment of network, electronic authentication system, electronic payment system and electronic operation application. Relatively, electronic payment system and electronic operation application are more complex. Meanwhile, they are the cores of the whole electronic commerce system. And their accomplish is a symbol of forming a integrated electronic commerce system. Payment gateway is created in this background.Payment gateway should implement many functions, such as real time payment, funds accounting, query and statistics. And build the connection between Internet and network system of financial processing. It should finish a series of function, implement accept and deal with payment requests from Internet, send these requests to financial processing system, and then receive the result and send it back to the customers and merchants who send these payment requests. System should become the safe and convenient payment flat that let customers enjoy online-shopping. And sustain merchants to develop electronic payment service and other increment service such as B2B and B2C business. And it can ensure the security of the financial system, at the same time, it should think of the speed and expandable of the entire system.At first, the thesis outlines the actuality of electronic commerce and the special meaning of network payment, and then we discuss the characteristic of the payment gateway system and several features, clarify the flow of network security process. We introduce the design and technology of "JinRongLian" Payment Gateway and clarify the work principle of PCS server and wallet server by taking the example of the transaction of authorization and consume which was request by wallet server.
