钢筋矫直机矫直系统动态特性理论与试验研究

【摘要】 钢筋矫直机在现代化的工业建设中有着极为重要的作用。关于钢筋矫直机的理论研究虽然有较大的发展,但对矫直机动态特性的研究,还是空白。从动力学和结构学的角度对矫直系统的动态特性进行研究,解析其振动特性,提供有效的振动控制的手段和方法是非常重要的。本文运用转子动力学理论对钢筋矫直机矫直系统动态特性进行了研究,这在国内尚属首例。 对钢筋矫直机矫直系统动特性研究过程中,涉及的相关理论主要有转子动力学、弹塑性理论、机械设计、数据采集与处理、信号与系统、数字信号处理等。 本文通过对矫直系统动态特性理论与试验的研究,建立了矫直系统的动力学模型,发现了矫直机矫直系统的振动规律,提出减振的一些方法。通过对钢筋矫直机矫直系统的主要技术参数,如受力、弯矩等进行分析,深刻认识了矫直系统在钢筋矫直机工作运行过程中的动态特性,为建立合适的矫直系统动力学模型提供依据。通过对轴承动特性的研究和计算分析得出了轴承的接触刚度和油膜刚度,并且简化了滚动轴承支承的模型。本文的核心部分是采用集中质量法将离散的系统简化为多自由度模型,并且综合建立了矫直系统的动力学模型。论文采用传递矩阵法求解矫直系统的不平衡响应及临界转速。最后,通过激振法振动测试试验,测量了矫直系统的固有频率和一些基本特征。试验结果表明,本文理论分析的结果是一致的。 本文还通过对钢筋矫直机及矫直系统的学习与研究分析,提出几点对钢筋矫直机性能优化的方法。
【Abstract】 The straightening machine of steel bar plays an important roll in the modernization of industry. Though there has been a rapid development with regard to the theoretic research of the straightening machine of steel bar, little work has been done in the research of dynamic characteristic of the straightening machine. It’s utterly important to provide a valid method of controlling vibration from the point of dynamics and frameworks through the research of the straightening machine, especially the dynamic characteristic of the straightening machine of steel bar. This dissertation applies rotor dynamics technique in the field of dynamic characteristics of the straightening machine of steel bar for the first time.The relevant theories include data acquisition and processing, signal and system, digital signal processing, automatic control, instruments and electronics, hydraulic transmission and control, machining.Through theoretical and experimental research work on straightening system, vibration rules of straightening system and vibration reducing methods are presented. The dynamic model constructed in this paper put a solid basis for future research work. The analysis of some main parameters of the straightening system gives a foundation for the establishment of valid dynamic model. The contacting stiffness and oil-film stiffness of the rotoring bearing can also be get from the research of dynamic characteristic. The key part of the paper is to establish the dynamic model by using the method of lump mass and to solve the system’s unbalance response and critical speed by using the method of transfer matrix. In the end, the straightening system’s natural frequency is get from the dynamic experiment. What’s more, the experiment proves the calculated result is right.And the paper provides some methods to optimize the performance of the straightening machine through the studying and learning of the straightening machine and the straightening system.
