数控车床自动编程系统研究

【摘要】 数控自动编程系统是CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统的重要组成部分,它是连接产品设计与制造的关键环节。实用化、开放性、智能化的数控自动编程系统是真正实现CAD/CAPP/CAM集成系统的前提条件之一。 在总结和吸收已有的数控自动编程系统优点的基础上,针对数控车床加工的普遍特点,本文介绍了一种新的数控车床自动编程方法—基于特征建模的数控车床自动编程系统。此系统基于AutoCAD 2000利用Visual C++6.0与ObjectARX 2000开发,是一套真正集成于AutoCAD 2000内部的数控车床自动编程系统。主要工作如下:首先,进行回转体零件特征模型的建立,根据该回转体建模体系结构,利用ObjectARX 2000、Visual C++6.0从AutoCAD 2000中提取零件的几何参数,并进行处理,最终建立CIMS中的CAD产品特征模型。其次,根据该模型和回转体零件辅助工艺参数生成数控程序代码,由该代码反推出加工轨迹路线,实现数控加工仿真。此系统无疑将在很大程度上方便机械设计师进行设计,实现真正的CAM(计算机辅助制造)。

【Abstract】 NC programming system has played an important role in the integrated CAD/CAPP/CAM system.It forms a crucial link between products design and manufacturing.A reliable intelligentized NC programming systerm is one of premise condition of how to realize CAD/CAPP/CAM integration system.Based on conclusion and absorption of some advance of existing NC automatic propramming systems, aimed at the mormal characteres of NC truning machine programming,the thesis is intended to introduce a new method of NC turning machine programming桸C automatic programming system based on feature modeling. Based on AutoCAD 2000,utilize ObjectARX 2000 & Visual C++ 6. 0 to develop a NC automatic propramming systems integrated in AutoCAD 2000. The works of this thesis are as follows. First, found revolving part feature modele, according to this feature modeling system, utilize ObjectARX 2000> Visual C++ 6. 0 to get and deal with part parameters from AutoCAD 2000, at last found CAD Production Model In CIMS. Second , according to this feature modeling system & revolving part aided process parameters to produce NC program, deduce machining track from this program to realize numerical control turning simulation. In this way it will convenience mechanical stylist mostly,and realize genuine CAM(Computer Aided Manufacture).
