【摘要】 本论文主要针对现代公路运输市场化、专业化、信息化、现代化的发展趋势，结合主枢纽城市运输规划中的相关问题进行分析研究，特别是对公路运输规划中的主枢纽规划、客运规划、货运规划、运输信息规划等公路运输所涉及的关键问题进行系统、全面、深入的分析研究，主要工作有以下几个方面； 1、在对公路运输四大指标预测的基础上，通过对公路枢纽场站布局选址模型的建立，根据成都市经济布局、产业布局、缄市规划、人口分布，路网结构等相关因素的综合分析，确定了成都市主枢纽规划，并分析了公路主枢纽系统的模块功能和结构组成。 2、分析道路旅客运输个性化、多元化的发展趋势，以市场需求为导向，在流量预测的基础上，制定了枢纽城市高速客运、旅游客运、农村客运等不同道路客运的发展规划，并对其管理模式，市场开发作了探讨和分析。 3、分析现代物流在西部发展的基础，提出了构建西部物流系统的构想，并提出了成都发展现代物流及物流信息化建设的基本原则。 4、探讨了主枢纽信息建设的重要性，并以成都信息港规划建设为例，分析主枢纽信息系统的组成功能、技术支撑及运营模式，同时提出了运输规划的系统评价指标及方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To counter the tendency of the development of the marketization, specialization, information-orientation, and modernization of highway transportation, this paper systematically and comprehensively addresses the problems of city main-hub planning, and particularly the problems of hub planning, passenger traffic, freight traffic, and traffic information planning, etc. The main aspects can be seen as the following:1. On the basis of forecast of the four indexes, through the modeling of traffic hinge station’ s address-choice, according to the synthetical analysis of the distribution of economy, industry and population, city planning and traffic structure, etc in Chengdu, the planning of the main-hub of Chengdu is established and the module function and the structure of the highway hub systems are analyzed.2. The individuality of passenger traffic is analyzed. According to the trend of diversifying development, the demands of market, the planning of different means of passenger traffic, such as transport of tour, highway, country, is set up; its model of management and market development are also discussed.3. Based on the analysis of modern logistics development in Western area, the concept of building the western logistics system and the basic principles of the development of logistics information in Chengdu are put forward.4. The importance of main hub information construction is discussed in this paper. Taking the planning and building of the Chengdu Information Harbor as an example, the function, technology support and management model of the main hub information system are analyzed, and some indexes and methods of transportation planning system are given.更多还原
