员工培训与发展体系的构建——及成企业辅导案例分析

【摘要】 本文选择及成企业---台资中小型电子制造类企业为研究对象,利用SWOT工具剖析企业目前经营发展过程中的问题,提出解决问题的对策及未来的发展战略,并将构建完善的人力资源培训与发展体系作为解决问题及获取竞争优势的途径之一。本文首先介绍了企业的发展背景资料及人力资源培训与发展体系运做的现状,同时分析了缺失,最后从先进的人力资源培训与发展管理的理论出发,借鉴优秀企业的宝贵实践经验,针对其缺失进行辅导和重整,摒弃陈旧的管理理念,构建出及成企业规范完善的人力资源培训与发展体系,希望以此增强竞争优势,为入世的国内企业提供帮助和参考。

【Abstract】 The objective of study is ChiCheng enterprise (BCC), a middle-size electronic parts manufacturing company. SWOT is applied to analyze the current problems that the enterprise exists in the developing process, according with that the thesis put forward some countermeasure and development strategy in the future, and find structuring completely Human resource training and development system as the way to solve the problem and gain the competition advantage.First, the thesis introduce the present situation of Human resource training and development system running in the enterprise, and at the same time, figures out the problem of that. At last, based on the advanced HR training and development theory and practice experience of excellent enterprises, the thesis discusses the shortcoming of present system, in accordance with that, rebuild the completely and regular HR training and development system of BCC. Hopefully the research can help the domestic enterprise throw away the old management concept and structure completely Human resource training and development system and strengthen the competition advantage after china entered into WTO.
