【摘要】 本文的目的是通过对智能住宅小区(Intelligent Residence)发展的背景、定义、组成、需求及其各系统的设计进行较为系统的研究和讨论，分析得出智能住宅小区当前发展现况和发展趋势。 本文首先讨论了目前在智能住宅小区这个领域中关于智能住宅小区的各种定义和分类，并在此基础上，结合当前实际情况和作者调研结果，提出了作者的观点。在当前智能住宅小区的具体需求上，作者根据自己所做的调查，深入分析了当前智能住宅小区需求的实际状况和这种状况产生的原因及其发展趋势，并对当前智能住宅小区建设中存在的一些问题进行了探讨。在智能住宅小区各子系统的具体设计上，作者以上海万邦小区为对象，结合其实际需要，对其通信自动化系统、综合布线系统和安全防范系统等做了具体的设计。 从本文的结果来看，当前智能住宅小区由于受知识经济和信息科技的影响，正处于蓬勃发展的时期。作者在理论上的探讨对智能小区的建设具有一定的参考价值。作者对当前智能住宅小区需求的调查和分析有利于商家作出正确的决策，使投资有的放矢，提高经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this thesis, through systematic studying, discussing and analyzing the intelligent residence’s definition, structure, requirements and its related system design, the author concluded the status and direction of intelligent residence.Firstly, the author discussed all kinds of definitions and structures in the field and brought forward the author’s definition and structure based on the author’s investigations. What the structures are required concretely by users at present based on the author’s investigations, and the author analyzed the reasons and the trends of such a status deeply. The author discussed some problems in the building of intelligent residence and put forward some constructive suggestions. On the design of the sub-system of intelligent residence, the author took the Wanbang intelligent residence as an example, on which the author designed the auto-communication system, PDS etc in consideration of its concrete requirements.The intelligent residence, owing to the influence of the knowledge economy and information technology, is in its prime. The author’s work can be beneficial to companies to make favorable decisions so as to enhance their economic efficiency and get their investment rewarded.更多还原
