【摘要】 信息服务系统是当今IT世界最热门的研究和应用课题之一，是当代信息处理技术和网络技术在信息服务领域的结晶。以信息服务系统理论为基础建立的海事信息网站是大连海事大学“211”工程的一部分，是加强大连海事大学学科建设的需要，也是向社会与行业展现海事大学专业、学术特色的窗口。如何将当今信息服务系统的技术应用于海事信息网站建设中，用理论指导行动，又从实践中总结和升华理论，为今后信息服务系统的建设提供更加丰富系统的开发理论和实践经验是本论文的目标。论文中信息服务系统开发方法借鉴了软件工程和管理信息系统开发方法的思想，同时根据信息服务系统的特点，以信息内容为中心，以为用户提供完善的信息服务为宗旨进行了论述，在归纳总结现有的信息服务系统开发方法的基础上，形成了一套较为系统的信息服务系统的开发方法。 在完成本论文的撰写过程中，同时完成了海事信息网站基本构架搭建，今后还将进一步完善系统及信息内容。海事信息网站的建成将为校内外用户提供海事方面的信息内容服务，让广大用户便利获取有专业、学术特色的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now Information Services System is one of the most popular research and applications field in the IT world and is the crystal of the present information management and networking technology. Maritime Information Website of China (www.maritime.com) which is based on the Information Services System theory is a part of 211 Project of Dalian Maritime University and is the window which exhibits speciality and learning characteristic of Dalian Maritime University to society and maritime industry. This paper focuses on how to using the present Information Services System theory to Maritime Information Website and using the theory to direct the practice for the aftertime Information Services System building affording more abundant development theory and practice experience. Information Services System development method refers, conclude and summarize Software Engineering and Management Information System (MIS) development method, information content is its center and affording good service for user is its target.At the process of finishing this paper finishes basic framework of Maritime Information Website of China which starts service for user of Dalian Maritime University at Jun 2000 and will consummate more fine system and afford better information connent. That Maritime Information Website of China is finished will afford information connent service of maritime for the users inside and outside Dalian Maritiem University and will let user get expert and learned information.更多还原
