【摘要】 由于经济的全球化，一些跨国银行在其母国乃至全球银行体系中的地位和作用日益突出，随着今后的进一步发展，这些大型跨国银行以银行活动惯例等方式决定国际银行市场规则的权力将变得更大。各国政府，特别是各国中央银行的规则制定者的独特地位将受到挑战。鉴于此，本文从直接投资的角度来研究跨国银行在开业、登记，设立分支机构及并购中涉及到法律问题，并借鉴各国较成熟的立法经验，来分析我国市场准入立法的不足之处，最终提出如何完善我国有关跨国银行准入立法的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The situation and influence of the multinational banks in their domestic and all over the world being more and more important because of economy globalize. With further development, those large-size multinational bank’s function on international bank market regulation became more deeply. Every country’s government especially center bank’s distinctive situation will face challenge. This thesis from direct investment point research about the legal problem of the multinational bank’s establish and register and set up branch in their home country, and analyze the legal shortcoming of our country legislation on the basis of other country’s more mature experience, finally raises the legislative advice on how to perfect the multinational banks entrance legislation in our country.更多还原
