【摘要】 本文主要论述了海事犯罪的相关立法问题。在探讨了海事犯罪定义、类别及特点的基础上明晰了海事刑法的定义及性质，并就我国目前的海事刑事相关立法的现状作以总结和评价，提出了我国补充海事刑法规范的具体模式，其中针对以船员为主体的五种海事犯罪和两种国际性海事犯罪的刑事立法的补充和完善作以法理性剖析并给以具体建议；同时就与规制海事犯罪的实体法律密不可分的刑事管辖权问题作了相关探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper mainly discusses the relative problems about the legislation of crime in maritime. Based on the discussion of the definition -?classification and features of the crime in maritime ,then makes the definition and character of criminal law in maritime clearly, and comments on the circumstances of the crime legislation in this area in our country ,presents the forms of the criminal in maritime , especially according to the several kind of crimes in maritime and makes some legislative suggestions ,and at last ,it discusses the criminal jurisdiction in maritime , too.更多还原
