模式探究型"的师资培训研究

【摘要】 教育的可持续发展主要取决于教师队伍的可持续发展。目前,我国教师的在职培训以学历补偿为主要特征,取得了一定成绩,但忽视了教师的教育教学能力的提高,这是当前师资培训工作应重视的一个视点。本研究力图运用文献法、调查法、行动研究法等多种研究方法,在研究过程中,本人与实验教师一道,以全国优秀教师杨建萍为个案,研究总结名师的课堂教学,探索名师课堂教学的素质化模式,通过模式构建、模式推广、模式创新来尝试提高实验教师的课堂教育教学水平与能力,探索通过教研途径进行师资培训的方法和路径。
【Abstract】 The sustainable development of education mainly depends on the sustainable development of teaching staff. At present, the in-service teaching staff training in our country bears a main characteristic of the making up of record of formal school. And we have made some achievements but still overlook the enhancement of the staff education and teaching capabilities, which we should pay close attention in the training of teaching staff. With the help of document research, investigation research, action research and many other research methods, I, together with some experimental teachers, taking the national outstanding teacher Yang Jian-ping for example, make a summery of noted teachers classroom teaching and probe into the qualification paradigm of it. Through the construction of the paradigm, the spread and renewal of it, we try to exalt the level and capability of experimental teachers classroom education and teaching and, find the methods and ways of teaching staff training through teaching and research.
