大射电望远镜悬索馈源支撑系统的控制硬件设计与实现

On Design and Engineering Realization of the Cable-Cabin Structural Control Hardware for Large Radio Telescope

【摘要】 本文课题来源于中国科学院知识创新工程项目:大射电望远镜馈源支撑与指向跟踪系统的光机电一体化仿真与实验研究。500米口径球面射电望远镜FAST是国际上现有的和计划中最大口径的射电望远镜,其综合性能比国际上现有的设备高一个数量级。针对现有射电望远镜的不足,我国科学家提出了全新的光机电一体化设计方案。为验证方案的可行性,实地建造了50米缩比模型。 本文从FAST光机电一体化设计的工程实际出发,结合50米模型详细叙述了该系统的工作原理及硬件实现方法,并对电机的升降速控制方法进行了探讨。其中包括以下几部分:1、系统总控制回路的工程实现方法;2、伺服控制卡的工作原理、电路组成及驱动软件工作流程;3、力矩实时检测装置的工作原理、具体实现电路和软件工作流程;4、针对电机的转速突变时容易出现冲击抖动的情况,提出了电机升降速的控制算法。希望本文工作能够为500米射电望远镜的建造积累经验,提供参考。

【Abstract】 This subject stems from CAS Knowledge Innovation Project item: Optomechatronics Simulation and Experiment in the Cable-Cabin Support and Point-Track System for Large Radio Telescope. The 500-metre Caliber Spherical Radio Telescope is the largest one built and to be built. Its capability is one quantity grade higher than the others’ available. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing telescope, our scientists put forward a new Optomechatronics project. To validate the feasibility of the project, we built 50-metre model.From the engineering practice of the Optomechatronics Design for FAST, the working principle for system and hardware realization are described, and motor ascending and descending velocity arithmetic is discussed in this thesis, including the realization of the system control loop, the principle of servo control card and its hardware and software realization, the principle of moment real time detect equipment and its hardware and software realization. Aiming at the fact that motor trends to dither when its velocity changes abruptly, this thesis put forward the motor ascending and descending velocity arithmetic. I wish the thesis’s work can provide reference for the building of 500-metre radio telescope.
