基于邻域知识的虚拟产品特征参数化设计

【摘要】 在经济全球化、市场全球化的今天,企业之间的竞争空前激烈,新产品的开发时间成为企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中取胜的关键因素。虚拟产品以其在设计上的方便性、对市场需求响应的快速性成为现代产品设计技术研究的一个热门课题。 本文的目的在于从实用的角度探讨基于领域知识的虚拟产品特征参数化设计及其系统的实现技术。本文阐述了虚拟产品设计的特点,提出了把特征参数化设计方法应用于虚拟产品设计过程中;分析了基于领域知识的虚拟产品特征参数化设计的特点,提出了一种特征参数化设计的求解过程;研究了虚拟产品特征参数化设计对领域知识的依赖性,提出实现设计的必要条件是充分获取该类产品设计的已有知识,建立表达知识的产品特征参数化设计流程网络图,并以此图为基础,归纳主参数和进行参数驱动算法设计;以I-Deas通用CAD软件为平台,阐述了虚拟产品特征参数化设计软件的二次开发及集成过程,并以某类伸缩杆天线为例,证实了虚拟产品特征参数化设计是确实可行的设计自动化手段。
【Abstract】 With the development of economic and marketing globalization, the competition among different manufacturers becomes unprecedented severe. The development period of new production is the key factor of winning in severe competition. Virtual production becomes a popular topic in study of modem design technique because its convenient characteristic in design and its quick response to market demand.The object of this paper is to discuss the character parameterization design for virtual production based on the field knowledge and techniques building design system. This paper explains the features of virtual production design, gives the idea that character parameterization should be applied to the design process of virtual production. This paper analyzes the features of character parameterization design for virtual production based on the field knowledge; brings up a design process based on the character parameterization of virtual production design. This paper studies the dependence of the character paraineterization design for virtual production on the field knowledge, displays the precondition of accomplishing design is the obtaining of the existing knowledge, draw the character parameterization design flow network chart that expresses knowledge, generalizes chief parameters and designs algorithm of parameter drive based on the chart. This paper describes the second development and integratation of the character parameterization design software for virtual production on the general CAD software. This paper takes lengthen and shorten antenna for an example, confirms the character parameterization design for virtual production is a feasible design automation method.
