【摘要】 国际互联网的迅速普及和信息技术的迅猛发展加速了世界信息化和经济全球化进程，改变了全球商业的竞争模式。企业必须依靠信息技术以极快的速度适应环境变化，满足客户的个性化需求，做出有效客户反应。电子商务作为管理体制和运营模式的变革力量正推进着全球经济的发展。 本文分析了电子商务的概念模型，分析了电子商务与物流的关系，并对电子商务下物流的新的解决方案之一——BBC模式，提出新的交易方法。本文分析了电子商务中所运用到的核心技术，并对电子商务教学模拟环境的构建作了设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid popularization and the quick development of information technology, the step of the informatization of the world and the globalization of the economy is accelerated. The rules of the globe trade are also changed. The enterprises have to depend on the information technology so that they could meet the individuality of the customers and make efficient customer response as soon as possible. Electronic Commerce (EC) is acting on the economics both as the management innovation and as the management tool.The dissertation analyzes the transaction of the EC, the relation between EC and Logistics and come out a new way to EC. The dissertation also analyzes the key techniques that are applied to EC. Finally the dissertation designs a kind of software that could help students practise the transaction of EC.更多还原
