中学教师继续教育的校本培训模式研究

【摘要】 社会政治、经济、科技的竞争从根本上表现为教育的竞争,教育的竞争又逐步反映到中小学教师队伍的建设上。即社会要发展,关键在教育,教育要发展,关键在教师的素质提高。现代知识的更新速度日益加快,教师的素质结构需要不断地重新构建,一劳永逸的想法已不能适应自身的发展,也不能适应教育的发展,所以,教师应树立终身教育的思想。中小学教师继续教育已经成为职后提高教师素质的一种重要手段,并将支撑着教师漫长的教育生涯。中小学教师继续教育的质量和效益已直接影响到教师的素质。中小学教师继续教育的培训模式是影响继续教育质量和效益的重要因素,国内外对继续教育的各种培训模式作了较多的研究,基于已有的培训模式研究,本文主要对校本培训模式作探讨。讨论校本培训与继续教育的关系,研究校本培训的意义,讨论中学教师继续教育校本培训的理论模式与实践效果。提出了继续教育中的一些观念的转换,找到适合中学教师继续教育发展的一些校本培训的实践方式。

【Abstract】 School-base training pattern research of teacher’s continuing education in middle schoolPostgraduate: Huang YaojunTutor: Doctor Wang NanAbstract The social competition is radically the competition of education rather than of politics, economics, and science, and the education competition is generally depending on the structure of teacher troops in the primary school and middle school. Namely, for the social development, the key is the education; for the education development, the key is the improvement of teacher’s qualifications. The renovation of modern knowledge is speeding quicker and quicker. It is a must for all the teachers to renew their complex qualification structure. Therefore, they have to develop the right idea of lifelong education and discard the incorrect thought of getting something done once and for all which is not suitable to education development. It’s a very important means to promote continuing education for the teachers in the primary school and middle school when they are working, and it will be a trend through this career without an end. The qualities and benefits on continuing education for the teachers in the primary school and middle school have a direct effect on teacher’s qualifications. However, it is an important factor to select a good training pattern for there are a lot of patterns on continuing education for the teachers in the primary school and middle school. Based on school-base training pattern, this article has a probe on what the meaning is; has a discussion on theory pattern and practice effect for the middle school teachers for the study on this pattern. This article advances some education viewpoints on continuing education; find out some valid and suitable practice means for the middle school teachers on school-base training pattern.
