艾灸对肿瘤化疗后外周血淋巴细胞凋亡影响的研究

【摘要】 本文通过临床观察，进一步探讨艾灸对抗肿瘤化疗副反应的确切疗效和可能的作用机理。根据中医基础理论，结合肿瘤患者化疗后的临床表现，认为该病患者多属“虚劳”，故扶正培本为其基本治则，并拟定相应的灸疗处方。临床治疗30例肿瘤化疗患者，疗效显著，优于对照组。 研究表明，肿瘤患者化疗后细胞免疫功能低下及外周血淋巴细胞凋亡加速是肿瘤化疗的严重副反应之一，以致患者无法顺利地完成化疗。艾灸可通过扶正培本、补益先天之精、后天之气血来提高患者免疫功能和抑制外周血淋巴细胞凋亡，从而达到拮抗肿瘤化疗毒副作用，缓解各项临床症状，帮助患者顺利完成化疗的目的。与对照组相比，艾灸疗法具有作用持久稳定、安全且价格低廉的特点，为本病的治疗及机理探讨提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The therapeutic effect of nioxribustion on Ma]igant Tumor after chemotherapy and its operating mechanism was discussed systematically in this paper. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the clinical manifestations after chemotherapy, the author proposed that the pathogenesis was onsumptive disease?.Therefore the them- peutic principle of Invigorating the vital - qi was put forward and the corresponding moxibustion prescription was also given. Clinical observation on 30 cases indicated that the therapeutic effect of the nioxibusflon group was remarkably better than that of the control group. The study shows that the decrease of cellular immune ftmction and acceleration of Apoptosis of peripheral Blood lymphocyte are two serious side effects in patients with Malignant Tumor after chemotherapy which brought about failure to finish chemotherapy smoothly. Moxibustion can improve cellular immune function and inhibit Apoptosis of peripheral Blood lymphocyte to resist side effects of chemotherapy by means of support- ing the vital qi,benefluing congenital essence and acquired qi and blood. Compared with the simple Western medicine, moxibustion is much more safer and it releases side effects efficiently in order to help patients spend their chemotherapy smoothly.
