60KVA变速恒频电源系统控制器研究

【摘要】 发电机/变换器控制器(简称GCU)是变速恒频电源系统的重要组成部分,它协调发电机、变换器的工作,使系统符合变速恒频电源系统输出要求,同时完成对系统的控制、保护、自检测(BIT)、故障隔离、故障指示、通讯等工作。 本文对变速恒频电源系统的控制器进行了比较详细的研究,对控制器的构成和工作原理进行了描述,并重点对具有波形动态反馈的大功率变换器控制器设计技术、具有逆磁强制作用的电流软反馈的调压器设计技术以及变速恒频电源系统的故障分析和故障诊断、隔离技术等关键技术进行了比较全面的研究。 本文的研究成果已成功应用在60KVA变速恒频电源系统预研的控制器样机设计中,实验表明,该控制器采用的关键技术是可行的,各项性能指标达到预研要求。

【Abstract】 The Generator/Converter Control Unit (abbr. GCU) is an important constituent of the VSCF electric power system. It can not only coordinates the operation between generator and converter in order to meet output request of VSCF power system, as well as controls, protects the whole system, but also can achieve BIT, communication, fault isolating and displaying functions.The thesis presents a detailed illumination of Generator/Converter Control Unit of 6OkVA VSCF electric power system. It describes the construction and work principle of GCU, especially for technology of large-power converter controller with dynamic waveform correction, design of Automatic Voltage Regulator with Negative Field Forcing and excite current soft feedback, and fault analysis as well as diagnosis and isolation technology of VSCF power system.The outcome of these critical technology researching has applied to the GCU example design of 6OkVA VSCF power system that has been researched in advance. It proved that these critical technologies used by this GCU example was feasible, and all kinds technical performance of GCU achieved the request of research in advance.
