高等级公路二灰碎石基层材料路用性能综合评定及合理配合比研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外在石灰粉煤灰(又称二灰)稳定碎石基层材料配合比设计及路用性能试验、研究方面的概况,并以级配理论为指导,主要调整、控制最大粒径、9.5mm、4.75mm、2.36mm、0.075mm五个筛孔通过率,以力学性(无侧限抗压、劈裂抗拉、抗弯拉)、抗冲刷性、耐疲劳性、抗裂性(温缩、干缩)为技术指标,通过综合考察其诸项路用性能,提出了一个合理的碎石集料级配范围。本文用体积法进行了二灰稳定碎石混合料的组成设计,通过观察集料含量变化对诸项路用性能的影响,综合分析确定了一种最佳的集料含量比例。全文运用了灰色系统理论的基本方法,对影响二灰稳定碎石材料各路用性能主要因素间的主次关系进行了分析和研究,并对不同级配和不同集料含量的二灰稳定碎石的诸项路用性能进行了综合评价,为该材料的优化设计和科学施工提供了有用的依据。

【Abstract】 Proportion design and road-related performance testing research of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate at home and abroad are introduced in this paper. On the basis of Grading Theory and by controlling aggregate passing proportion of the maximum grain size, 9.5mm, 4.75mm, 2.36mm, O.075mm,several different types of gradation are confirmed. Also, by the experiments of mechanical performance (unconfined compression strength, the cleavage strength, compression modulus), Anti-brushing performance, Anti-fatigue performance and Anti-cracking performance (thermo-contraction, dryness-contraction), a rational aggregate grading scope is provided. Besides, by void design procedure, the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate is designed. The influence of the change of aggregate content on multitude road-related performance index is analyzed comprehensively and an optimal aggregate content is gained. By the means of the gray system, the primary and secondary relationship among main factors that influence the index of road-related performance is analyzed and the lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate compounded by different types of gradation and aggregate content is evaluated synthetically by the road-related technical index. This provides a practical foundation for optimal design and scientific construction of this material.
