水泥粉喷桩复合地基在软黄土区公路工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 水泥搅拌桩复合地基作为地基加固新技术之一,近年来在高速公路软基处理工程中得到广泛应用。为了解决在黄土地区修筑高等级公路中遇到的软黄土地基问题,文中开展了水泥粉喷桩复合地基在软黄土地区公路工程中的应用研究。 水泥加固黄土具有显著的区域性特点。本文通过水泥黄土无侧限抗压强度试验、三轴试验和水泥黄土复合试样的三轴固结不排水剪切试验,对陇西水泥黄土的性状进行了研究。探讨了在不同的水泥掺入量、含水量和围压情况下水泥黄土的应力~应变关系、抗剪强度等特性,以及不同因素对水泥黄土的破坏应力与应变的影响。 针对土家湾隧道软黄土地基加固工程,在借鉴国外和我国南方地区处理软土地基方面已有的技术和经验的基础上,对水泥粉喷桩黄土复合地基在软黄土区公路工程中的设计方法和设计参数的选择、施工工艺、质量控制措施及质量检测方法等方面进行了分析和研究。通过载荷试验,对水泥粉喷桩黄土复合地基的承载力评价方法进行了探讨。本课题的研究成果将有助于该项技术在软黄土区公路工程建设中的推广和应用。

【Abstract】 As a new technique of foundation treatment, Mixed-in-place Pile has been widely used in the soft ground improvement in expressway engineering in recent years. In order to solve the foundation problems exits in the high-grade highway construction at the bess region, this paper studies the usage of the dry-jet-cement-pile in highway construction at the soft bess region. The cement-stabilized bess has a distinct regional characteristic. According to the unconfined compression test, the triaxial test and the consolidated undrained shear test, the paper studies the properties of the cement-bess at Longxi region, discusses its stress-strain relations, shear strength and the factors which affect its stress-strain relations. Directed against the soft bess ground improvement engineering at Tujiawan tunnel, based on the engineering experiences and the techniques have been obtained, the author researches the design method, the selection of the design parameters, construction procedures, quality controlling and monitoring method of the dry-jet~cement-pile when it is used in the highway engineering at the soft bess area. According to the bearing capacity test, the paper also discusses the evaluating method of the bearing capacity of the composite foundation, which is made up of dry-jet-cement-pile and bess. The results of the project will make this technique have a widely use in the highway engineering at the soft bess region.
