液压高效断料机主轴系统数值仿真研究

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了裂纹技术及其装备的发展及计算机仿真技术的现状,并对仿真技术在制造业中的应用作了扼要论述。 本文重点是基于MATLAB5.3对液压高效断料机主轴系统进行数值仿真分析,着重于主轴系统运转时其受迫振动、自激振动等干扰力的精确定量,及其在此外因条件下由主轴系统端部元件的位移响应而导致刀尖位移变动量即刀尖位移响应的描述,并作以分析。其中主要部分是主轴系统振动模型的确立及MATLAB程序的编写。 在模型的建立上,作者采用转子动力学的传递矩阵方法,从主机中把主轴系统分离出来作为一个独立的振动系统来分析,使主轴系统模型更接近实际情况。另外,在受迫振动等干扰力的确定和MATLAB程序的编写中,作者也采用了一些小技巧,使一些复杂的问题简化。

【Abstract】 This thesis briefly introduces the development of crack technique and its equipment and the present situation of computer simulation. In addition, author also makes some analysis about computer simulation used in manufacture. The main content of this thesis is to make analysis of figural simulation based main shaft system of hydraulic breaking-bar machine. The main work is to accurately establish the force of compelled vibration when the machine is working and analyze the result of cutter displacement response in such conditions. During this stage, to build a vibrational model and to design a program of Matlab are specifically emphasized. To build a model, author employs transfer Matrix method of rotor dynamics and make the model more approximate to real conditions.
