柔性版印刷品的质量检测与控制——彩色印品网点增大现象的研究与控制

【摘要】 本文从网点传递的全过程入手，分析了影响网点增大的主要因素，并提出了减少网点增大的具体措施，对指导实际印刷过程有一定的理论参考价值。对圆形网点和方形网点进行了深入分析，在此基础上归纳出机械网点增大的规律性。 结合实际，本文主要从印刷压力、印版的加网线数及印版的硬度等几个主要的影响因素进行考虑，分别分析这几个因素对印刷中网点增大现象的影响，通过实验得到影响曲线，建立合理的数学模型，得出网点增大的补偿曲线，并借助MATLAB软件拟合，计算出拟合曲线与补偿曲线的方程，提出了控制网点增大的程序及方法，有助于实际生产中提高柔性版印刷品的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the whole process of dot transmission, this paper analyses the mainfactors that affect dot gain of Flexography, provides the concrete methods toreduce dot gain .The authr hopes to provide theoretical basis for solving theproblem of dot gain .This paper provides a deep research on the circular dot andsquare dot,and got the law of mechanical dot gain.Meanwhile, integraing the practice with the future, the auhor considers thechief affecting factors such as print pressure, screen line of plate, hardness ofplate,analyses the affection of these factors to dot gain. Thrugh experiment, theauthor gets the affecting curve and builds a mathematical models. In addition, withthe help of MATLAB software,this paper gets the compensation curve of dot gain,calculates the compensation equation and analogous equation, proposes the programand Way to control dot gain, which help to achieve high quality results.更多还原
