平面连杆机构尺度综合专家系统

【摘要】 本文主要研究了平面连秆机构尺度综合专家系统的主框架、知识库和推理机,多种尺度综合方法以及设计结果的运动仿真。 本文系统地研究了专家系统的建造原理和技术,创建了专家系统的主框架。使用了对话框嵌套技术,设计了尺度综合设计向导(Wizard),指导用户逐步进行各种参数的选择。设计向导的使用使专家系统具有友好的用户界面,体现了专家系统的易用性。 本文使用而向对象的数据库编程技术,以 Microsoft 数据访问对象(DAO)模型为基础,结合使们用 Microsoft Access 数据库创建工具,创建了专家系统的知识库。建立了知识库管理系统,可以对知识库中的规则进行维护。通过对各种平面连杆机构尺度综合方法的系统研究,归纳总结了四十余条连杆机构综合时所需遵循的规则,这些规则是专家系统进行合理设计的基础。 本文建立了常用机构综合的方法库类(Class),在此方法库类中汇集了众多的设计方法,包括解析法、优化法、特征参数法等方法,可以进行曲柄滑块、铰链四杆和六杆机构的函数发生、轨迹生成和刚体导引的尺度综合。建立了含有三万多条记录的特征参数图谱库;并建立了图谱库管理系统。 本文编制了专家系统的后处理模块,可以对设计结果进行甄别,过滤掉不满足要求的设计结果,同时可确定四杆或六杆机构的安装构型;可对设计结果进行运动仿真,并将仿真数据进行输出;还可以计算出设计结果的各种性能参数输出到系统的主控界面。 通过对相关功能的集成,提供了一个平面连杆机构尺度综合的平台。本系统具有界而友好、操作简单、人机交互能力强、自动化程度高、具备一定的推理能力、可进行机构运动仿真等特点,具有较高的使用价值。 以 Windows 98 为平台,使用面向对象编程工具 Visral C++6.6,编制了大量源程序,实现了整个专家系统。迎过例举各种类型的机构综合算例,说明了本专家系统的使用方法。

【Abstract】 The Mainframe, knowledge base and reasonillg machine of expert system for dimension synthesis ofplanar linkage mechanism(ESDSPLM), dimension synthesis methods and simulation of design result arestudied in this dissertation.Through the study of expert system construction theory and technology, mainframe of the ESDSPLMis built. By using of the dialog box nesting technology, the design wizard is created, which can guide userto colmplete thc data input step by step. The usage of the design wizard make the ESDSPLM possess offriendly interface.Based on the model of Microsoft Data Access Object(DAO) and the technology of Object-Orientdatabase, the knowledge base of the ESDSPLM is constructed. The Manage system of knowledge base isbuilt, which call maintain rule in the knowledge base. Though studying dimension synthesis methodssystematically, mnore than forty rules are concluded, which are the base of reasonable dimension synthesis.The method base class is established, which gathers a lot of synthesis methods,include analyticmethod, optimum method, characteristic parameters method, etc. The six-link, four-link and slide-crankmechanisms for function, path and motion generation can been synthesized by use of these methods. Thenumerical atlas of four-link is cleated, which include more than 3,0000 records. At same time Ule atlasmanagement systenl is created.The post processing module is the import part of the ESDSPLM, by which user can obtain andsimulate design result. At last the performance parameters are displayed in the mainframe.By integrating relative function, a platform for dimension synthesis is offered. Friendly interface,easily operation, high automatic level and elementary reasoning ability are the characters of theESDSPLM. So, the expert system occtupy a high value of application.With the tool of Visual C++6.0, the ESDSPLM is achieved through programming on the Windows 98platform. Many kinds of dilnension synthesis examples are given in order to explain the use of theESDSPLM.
